Well, considering we endure entire movements dedicated to accusing men of things they haven't done, I would say the answer is yes. Is every single woman on earth doing it? No. Is a horrible percentage of accusations turning out to be false? Yes. Is there a social reward system in place to compel false accusations? Yes. Are there detrimental consequences for false accusations of rape? Apparently only in the most extreme circumstances.

No, not really. Based on some recent stories i've heard over the past several months, being in a relationship isn't a requirement to get falsely accused. Hell, women are accusing total strangers and figments of their imagination of rape, in what appears to be an a daily basis.

Man, courts DGAF! There are literally thousands of accounts where the courts just let the woman off super easy and then played surprised when they see the same women back in court, a few years later, with a fresh case of "Well yeah I was there but I didn't participate!" or just flat out coming into court with a belly full of a 12 year olds baby and the court still shrugs their shoulders like, "Meh, whatev! Fuck dem kids!"

You could attempt to ask the court to compel her, but, that may not be functionally useful. It would just put the condition on paper. Outside of that, you would probably need to use a private investigator. There are some that specialize in asset location and are registered with local authorities as such.

I agree. However, I would still assert that, in the west, women simultaneously want the top 5% of men but also want them to be monogamous to them. The entitlement of modern women, believing that every man's life should be devoted exclusively to them is utterly astounding.

No. I did, however, witness something similar when I flew into Florida to visit my buddy. We got to mall because 'she' wanted to go shopping.
