Assuming that a job that is mostly occupied by one sex is as a result of discrimination is a silly thing to do. Disregarding someone for a certain job because of their gender is worse. The bottom line is, none of this matters. Set the bar for the job, if someone passes the bar, they get the job. It is easily distinguishable from an insult, as the implication is not that transgender people are inferior but that a feminist would more readily accept the opinion of a man pretending to be a trans woman than they would a cis man.
