2	Just wanted to say: I'm a woman and I support you fully. I work in a major IT company. There are about 40 people in the same role as I am only 2 of those are women. Gender was absolutely not an issue when I applied for the promotion that got me in this role. So I do honestly believe the only reason that there aren't more women working in this position is because they're not trying. If women want equality, we need to stop using being a woman as an excuse for not being able to do something. I guess I fall under the category described in the sidebar as "True Feminism" But to be honest this was just the way I was raised and what I used to think was normal. A black man that discriminates a white man is just as well a racist. A gay woman that fears bisexuals is just as well a homophobe. An Atheist has just as much right to freedom of religion as a Jew.
