Dr Hawkins is an incredible teacher. Highly recommend his books. Its pleasant to see this type of content on this sub. If anyone sees this comment as is curious how one moves up the scale referenced, Hawkins wrote a more practical book (Power vs force is more like a texbook on the subject ) called "letting go". This book has step by step instruction for the mechanism of moving up this scale as well as a walk through of each level. Keep developing and you'll discover you've been an alpha all alon…

I think this is correct. Building up her emotion regarding you two seems like it'd be the way to go to reduce flakiness That being said. I have been facing exactly this problem very frequently so I obviously don't have the answer. From my perspective people are just fuckin afraid/depressed to do anything other than sit at home and eat. It's driving me nuts. Rant over. If anyone has helpful solution I'm all ears

Develop an actual relationship with spirituality. At the lowest levels people believe there is a giant man in the sky judging us. Eventually you realize that's laughable and become atheist. Beyond that however, is an investigation into what all the great prophets were actually trying to explain. There is absolutely legitimacy in spirituality if you're drawn to it. It doesn't need to be part of organized religion. It is a personal relationship with your divinity

you're overthinking it. Its a naturally occurring compound. We know it helps muscular growth and performance. It is the most effective and safest supplement there is. Take your creatine, stfu, and go lift some (heavier) weight

Excellent question: Begin with the basics. Clean my room, lift weights, cut out sugar, get sleep schedule where it needs to be. In this process I will brainwash myself with Jocko Willink, Elliott Hulse, and Jordan Peterson. This step its important to start small. Don't try and get on the train and do everything at once. Habits are your friend. So making small improvements on a daily basis until all of the above are in order. Figure out what you enjoy doing. What makes you feel good and energizes…

Lots of food. That comes first. Period. But an example of a good workout would be: 5x5 backsq 5x5 bench 3x10 DB oh press (3sets each arm) The workouts don't need to be overly complex. A newbie will get stronger just by looking at a barbell. Do heavy compound moments. 4-5 times a week. Deadlift. Bench. Squat. Olympic lifts if you want. Pullups. Rows. Presses. Etc

Smile back. And like someone else said, think of it as a game. Make the contact with every single person you pass until they look away. It'll become normal really fast

Wwtrd What would the rock do. I've legit thought about what certain "alphas" of our generation would do in various situations. I think the Rock is actually one to refer to

I'm still underage to be going to bars The context has always been at school. It usually relates to the girl near me making any excuse to talk and flirt. I feel socially awkward because I am so not into them. There are still plenty of attention I get from attractive women, and when that happens my happy cocky pussy Slayer mode feels likes its activated and I ooze confidence.

Well in all honesty it's just annoying. If anything I need to work on accepting the attention without being a dick to them

I'll be going back to school in the middle of Denver this fall. So that works out. I tried coffee shop this morning. Obviously didn't work cause it was in my area. But I'll have to try out the other options. Thanks

How the fuck do I actually interact with more women. I live in a town of almost all old people. I approach almost every girl my age that I see but I need more practice. Its just so rare...

Absolutely awesome post. Something I've been failing to do is fucking well. I don't know how to improve this though. I'm just not as into sex consistently as a feel Id like to be. How do I go about actually improving my performance in bed? I've heard of the sex God method but I don't know how to express what he talks about in the moment

Go watch some Elliott Hulse on YT in regards to learning how to deal with the trauma I understand your father wasn't as good as he couldn't been. My father wasn't in the picture at all That's irrelevant though. Masculinity is inside you. Do you have a pair of balls? Do you have testosterone? You're a fucking man. Those traits are found naturally in you, you just need to provoke them

Check out a YouTuber named Elliott Hulse I'm won't explain too much since I'm on mobile, but he provides a different sort of outlook on these types of things. He can seem a little out there sometimes, but I promise it helps

I'm not going to break anything else down, as others in this thread have already done s But I will give you this: Any RP sub is particularly harsh. They must be. The bluntness is usually necessary, but also usually comes from a place of empathy for where you find yourself. Follow the side-bar, and move on. Become the strongest version of yourself one day at a time. Get better everyday

How do I talk to more women when your daily life doesn't actually include new people? This has been a weakness of mine and I've been trying to crush it recently. Problem is, I am a competitive swimmer. I spend more time in the pool and traveling to the pool than I do at home.. Plus, on days I have 2 practices (most days) I can't afford to go out to a new place because of both time and energy. I am an upcoming college freshman, and I know once school starts, I will have more than enough opportuni…
