But I've learned that confidence comes from experience and knowledge of situations. Think of starting a new job, maybe sales, on your first day you may not have product knowledge, sales techniques, or how to handle a situation from past experiences. People will ask the specs of product X and your nervousness will show since you don't know and it will lose you the sale.
