1	Professional judgement. The best help anyone can give you is giving you the old ender's game advice. Sometimes the only way to win is not to play the game. What i got out of the Ender's Game books is when you're weaker and shit starts escalating, you have to strike first and in a way, that you end the fight with that first strike (because you won't survive the actual fight). 3	Been waking up at 5 AM for the past 2 years and it has really changed my life. Here are 5 reasons to get up at 5 AM, and also some tips on how to get started. \| Join the 5 AM club. This is my issue. Takes me more than an hour to fall asleep and going to bed earlier doesn't seem to work. Also if i wake up during the night (for toilet or something), it's another hour or more until i fall asleep again. This is probably the reason i didn't get any results from lifting. I have no clue about anatomy, but I think the idea is not to constrain the sound to just your head, instead try to let it reverberate through as much of your body as possible = more overtones = better voice.
