As a side note, id recommend once upon waking, before or after each meal and once before bed. Before bed may not be needed if not having trouble sleeping but you'll sleep better anyway. I left home to work on the river barge line industry. 30dys on 30dys off. About 2yrs of that then I went to sea as a US merchant marine. My contracts were as little as 4mo. To as much as 1yr long. I could not call home or anyone else for that matter. And for the most part very few if any women except the occasional cook.
