Man, IF is crazy! I've only done it for a week and while i've lost a bit of weight the mental shift is off the charts. I don't know why but i actually think about the impact of the food i eat and when. Been doing 16 hour IF without issue and already feel better. Haven't really changed my diet in any way except i stopped drinking coffee in the morning (since that ends the fast).

I feel the same about my mom. They divorced when i was young because he had issues. She never trash talked him and didn't date until all her kids were grown. Went to college to be able to support her family as a single mother and continued her education to further support us and provide a life style she never had.
