I think thats why some of the healthiest diets come from high carb low fat because your not taxing your heart and carbohydrates are the easier macro to digest and use for the body and usually full of fibre and vitamins. There are rarely any health problems eating this way. But eating paleo there definitely is. I guess if you want to be a big guy then eat paleo eat alot of meat and fat but you will run into cardiovascular problems, blood problems and a taxed liver that wont be able to absorb anyt…

Ya i absolutely agree with you on balancing it out with carbs and the ones you mentioned are great but even with high fiber it can accumulate in your body say if you eat more then 60 grams of fat a day everyday there could be consequences on the liver. The liver can not detox properly if its a fatty liver.
