I paid 10 bucks for a bit more than 4 months of generic multivitamins AND minerals from my local pharmacy. I compared the quantities to the Centrum brand and there was literally no difference. Also, the quantities are usually written on the label and it would be illegal for the manufacturer to fake them. For me, it's just that I'm not eating enough and it did wonders for my hair and skin. I used to lose an unbelievable amount of hair before and it's all good now.
