This sort of thinking makes me want to drive to work and hug my wife cuz some of yall have nasty thinking.

we need higher quality debates than this. there is a simple reason. It is the mind of a man in a woman's body!!!

Women seek to date same or above their level. Not arguing that. The original post says that a below avg, less educated single mom is in the same level as an educated, employed, fit and groomed man. That is not true. The woman might seek to date them. Nothing wrong with that but they are not in the same level. Hypergamy says that they will want those men. Fine. That doesn't mean they are on the same level.

Sharing men or women being scarer than men. 2 men for every woman? Sure. 2 women for each man? Nah.

It is truly about options and attraction. Using the example given a barista who meets a guy making great money will Be more appreciative and MORE available to him. when the barista gets pregnant, she is thankful for the option to chill and take care of the baby without worrying too much about the bills. The finance MD already has great money plus yours. which is great and a demanding job that takes away a lot of time for the 2. If she wants to get pregnant, she has to worry about maintaining the…

You are right. The Market dictates. In a place where women are more scarce, a below avg single mom might be able to pull a great guy. Maybe that is the case in the area/country that OP is living in.

The key is higher status. Women want those men. Those men aren't on their level. it is circular logic. Women want those type of men so those type of men deserve to have those women. Imagine if a man asserted that he should be able to pull an Instagram baddie. Ppl will present a checklist of what he isn't worthy.

So a below average, lessser educated chubby mom of 4 will attract great shape, educated man with good job, decent grooming and physique? in what universe?

Dismissing her how? I agree with that. I just said that men would Love to have that option. I didn't say that she should be grateful that men want to fuq her. I just pointed out that most men don't have that problem and would envy the situation.

What question? I AGREED that women having only men sexually interested in them is tiresome. My point was simply that most men don't have the option of having that tiresome situation. If anything, she can't imagine a situation where men would want the option to fend off multiple women wanting to jump their bones. Ugly or Not. What question am I avoiding?

It is extremes with you isn't it? Mind you,I agreed with your point initially and asked you to see it from a man POV and you simply can't. In both of your replies, your examples came out your own imagination. I didn't infer or suggest otherwise.

Wow, you really can't look at things from a man's pov can you?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/25 04:42 PM

I agree with that but surely you can see that most men would Love to have multiple women sexually interested in them for a quick shag. The woman's annoying position is one men would Love to have.

No, they liked it but now they are with you and they don't want you advertising to other ppl. Territorial nature I guess. I get it, you were posting bikini ass shots when he met you. Now he wants you to stop. Doesn't make sense to you

If standards are too high. The best option is to lower standards. If the standards are too high for a decent amount of men then then resentments roses.

Option 2 isn't likely. Men are incentive based and working to meet women's high standards doesn't have a matching reward. Option 4 is most likely. If we reached a critical mass of men opting out, women will have to accept what is available and let their standards to drop to an extent. Too high standards will have to come down for any sort of equilibrium.

She has a sparkling personality. Just happy and pleasant to be around. She lit up the room. Has a beautiful smile.

Nothing actually. It is the making what should be implicit explicit. Don't go on a date that isn't worth your while. Telling someone that they better make it worth your while makes it more performative.

So more pressure to perform. More money spent on baby sitter and Uber. More complicated family dynamic, less spontaneous due to kid you can't meet.. I don't think she is getting this well

What does "given up" look to you? I think a lot of men don't give up per se, they just lower the priority. If it presents itself, great. If not, they have hookups and porn to fill that void. Now I don't advocate for that approach but if men feel women are being too picky vs the value of getting said woman..it makes sense.

That is fine. A random man is unknown but at least a man can do or say something to put you at ease as opposed to a bear.

No, that isnt right. Most men will NEVER have a chance at Syndey OR Halle. If given a chance at either one they will take it. HAPPILY. There aren't many sane men that will reject a Halle Bailey looking lady on the hopes that a Sydney looking chick would give them the time of day. Men cant afford to think that way. My wife list and who I married dont match. I wanted a tall, dark lady with big twerkable hips.( it is my list sue me!!) My wife isn't tall, dark or well endowed. She is the best decisio…

To incels or folks that are out of the dating game entirely? Maybe. Definitely not mainstream. Paying for a prostitute Still has a stigma to it and that has been going on for eons.

I have had 3 kids with my wife. I adored that she gave birth to our kids but the pregnancy experience really depends on a lot of things. Morning sickness, aches and pains, mom's personality. 1st pregnancy was great til the last trimester and my last sucked early but went smoothly at the end.

Married 15 yrs. My experience hasn't been close to that. We dont let issues lay unresolved. We work to find a creative compromise and work to maintain a feeling of appreciation for each other. I am sorry that your experience has been so difficult. that does sound like it sucks.

Sincerely, kiss my ass. Expecting your daughter to not fuq strangers or show her vagina for money isn't controlling. Why do you act like I have to accept anything? I will work to make sure that she has skills that don't require her to do sex work.

Soo essentially I failed as a father? Cuz that is the question you are asking. So, no. My child doing that would be horrible for me.

I think there is a middle ground where a woman can show her interest without seeming too brazen. I will admit it is a dance. I also think that men hear woman complain about unwelcome contact a lot and aren't sure how to approach without being a creep.

i want her to take my name. if she wants to keep hers then I would like to know why. If she is using is professionally then sure keep the name. Want to keep your family name going? Sure. Too antiquated? Not good enough for me. WHy it matters, It signifies the commitment we have to each other. We are becoming one. it is important to me.

Of course, Looks will fade. you need other aspects to sustain a relationship. You don't have to be beautiful to be sensual. I have seen some sultry women who aren't that good looking. I used to my wife's face. Her other qualities i.e personality, work ethic, Intelligence, humor are more important in sustaining us.

Yeah, I can see that. I dont see men who became women being less picky than real women.

it is interesting and terrible to go thru. I dont doubt your account at all. My mind naturally whirls around looking for a solution for why a man would act that way. Married more than 10 yrs. still want her.

oh, we absolutely can and will continue to talk about women's bodies. whatever would happen to all those Instagram thirst traps that rely on men talk about their bodies? Surely we dont want to reduce their follower count. How else can they leverage their followers as an influencer?

Nonsense. A woman personality is worth as much as how good she looks. Objects they possess is such a silly way to describe how a man cares for a woman.

Being a woman is tough. Watched my wife give birth puts me firmly in team Man. The idea that she wants to do it again boggles my mind.

Dude, don't fall into the hype of this reddit where after 5 months of work, the man is rejecting women begging for his dick left and right. If your approach isn't working, tweak and adjust. Find other avenues to meet women that fit with your values and interests. Met my wife in a convention and struck up a conversation. My game was taking a picture of her. Digital cameras were a big thing back then. Before then, I wasn't beating back women with a broom. You don't need all of them to want you. Ju…
