Boys =/= Men. You need to understand that part for the theory to make sense.

I don't really agree with this. The sexual marketplace value of a man builds up over time. So even if he did sleep with a prostitute before he was 25 and started gaining any notable amount of value as male, that doesn't mean he is still "low-status" now. What's more, artist The Weeknd (just one example, there are many others) is notorious for enjoying the company of "pros". Explain to me how someone who made over $60M in the past year alone is low status :D?

There's plenty more research on this particular topic. It's not just the short term. Possibly the most important reason why women are attracted to dark triad men is because they excel at both providing resources for and protecting a woman and her offspring. These are the two things a man has to bring to the table if he is to gain access to a woman's procreative ability.

Hahaha you are funny. Females select for males that are useful to them. See: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0191886913012245 Men who score high on the unholy trifecta of anti-social traits: the so-called dark triad of narcissism, psychopathy and machiavellianism, are significantly more attractive to women than non-DT males.

Your premise is wrong. Women are the gate keepers of evolutionary success e.g. procreation, as they are the limiting factor: maximum 1 baby per 9 months per woman, and only for about 1/3 of her life span. For more read up on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oogamy. So, women make a trade: evolutionary success in exchange for access to the protection and resources offered by a man. If you take the provider/protector role away from men, you destroy the unspoken covenant between men and women. With al…

The reality is, women love attractive sluts and so do men. They're hot, they're fun to be around, and they're good in bed. This is the essence of it. Everyone but Chad and Stacy sucks at playing the game. And they're effectively self-sabotaging for the most part, by putting too much emphasis on sex and too little on having fun. Jane does it by attempting to artificially inflate the value of something that Stacy is ready to trade in a fair barter. To put it very crudely, Jane is effectively tryin…

The average lifetime N count for a man is 6-7. This includes the top 20% of men with N counts in the multiple hundreds or even thousands. So the median lifetime N count would be about half the average number or lower. Don't think these numbers are low at all.

I found it best not to talk about fight club, unless you know the other person is also in fight club. Evolution doesn't select for truth, it selects for convention.

Referencing the higher self here as the "I" in "I hate myself," and referencing the ego as "myself." So essentially, my higher self hates my ego. That pretty much sums up (my) life. You sir are a gentleman and a scholar.

I always thought you had to HAVE those things, but now I see all you have to do is be WORKING TOWARDS THEM. Potential is one of the most powerful tools of male game, especially for younger ones or late bloomers. Consider this The Weeknd lyric, packed with RP gems like most of his stuff; They don't want my lovin', they just want my potential. Now think of a real life scenario where that applies. I'm sure you can.

Only partially correct. This article does a poor job of explaining, but it's a credible source nonetheless. The rundown is as follows: persistent abuse of weed can bring out latent psychosis, but only with certain strains. What they mean by "skunk-like" cannabis is strains with high THC content (the psychoactive compound which produces the high) and low CBD content (CBD is responsible for most of the medicinal properties of weed). Now if you're aware that these "skunk-like" strains are primarily…

I can get behind most of what you're saying. But why mention cannabis being a foreign substance, if you understand that a person can essentially have a psychological dependency on biting their nails just the same? To be human is to be an addict. And out of all things to pick on, you pick on one of the most harmless tools we have for altering our consciousness, in one of the most harmless situations. It just seems bizarre to me.

Haha okay that made me smile. Still, I don't understand why someone quite intelligent (based on your post history) would have such a narrow view/understanding of "addiction".

What about people that bloom at a later age in life? How do elite universities help those people? Or people for whom the classic education system does not work? I believe that one needs to think differently if they want the human race to progress at the greatest rate possible. There are billions of people who still do not have access to the internet or the leisure to spend much time absorbing its contents - the greatest trove of information in the history of humanity, and doubling at an accelera…

Yes, insecurities about dick size and/or sexual ability is one of the root causes of materialism. Men aren't material creatures, woman are. Men don't buy nice cars because they like them, they buy 'em because women like them. If you don't think you have anything to compensate for, why bother?

Why do people insist an unwillingness to make peace with a shit situation has to be a mental health issue? I've suffered depression for years, I've more suicide attempts than birthdays, I am not depressed any more. I am more than familiar enough with the monster to know the difference. I am currently simply uninterested in putting on a masquerade to distract myself while I'm waiting to die, and mindblown as to why others (willingly) do it.

Spirituality =/= religion. One is freedom, the other institution. Spirituality showed me the path, but it doesn't seem to hold much use for me. I was lonely by default to begin with, walking the path only increases the feeling of alienation, of being alone in a crowd.

I've been stuck in this state for 10 years now. It doesn't get better and I'm close to giving up. I spend more energy pushing women away than otherwise, they chase me now and it makes everything even more gross. Not a tiny bit of subtlety, shameless, so easily manipulated.

I don't mean physical faculties, but in regards to that: I'm a man, not a woman. At 28, I have only barely scratched the surface of my best years. By genetics I mean my everything that makes me what I am. I can't say for certain since I will never have the pleasure of seeing myself as others see me, but my best guess is that I have that 'spark'. People sort of seem to pick up on it and gravitate towards it. That's my best guess.

Very sorry to hear that. From an ethical and moral perspective it's obviously completely wrong. Killing people because of tribalism and xenophobia disguised as an attempt to advance the human race? Pathetic. From a pragmatic perspective, I think the whole premise of eugenics is wrong: how does (every)one decide what traits are desirable and undesirable? As is increasingly being demonstrated, every genetic trait has advantages and disadvantages. It just depends on the situation. Removing material…

Figured as much :P. I have very mixed feelings about it though. It's considered immoral when it's carried out for the benefit of all mankind through coercion or control. But! When it's selectively done through financial darwinism for the benefit of the ruling elites it's fine :D? I think the fact that it's considered immoral has to do with the illusion of democracy and freedom, and a socioeconomic sytem that is basically a slow suicide for our species and its home planet.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/15 10:12 AM

I just said it's immoral :P. But consider that evolution is basically a huge eugenics program. The financial system is a eugenics program as well. If you're interested in that sort of thing, reading the Dune books offers a lot of perspective and food for thought. Or you know, listen to some ABBA.

I think sometimes it's a tiny bit of unconscious revenge taking. It's really quite pathetic to see beautiful, confident women doing everything they can to try and get your attention, and then just sink into desperation as you continue ignoring them.

Immoral but highly effective, just like sexual strategy, amiright x'D? Though with the first genetically enhanced human beings already out there, it doesn't matter fuck all anymore does it? We are rapidly approaching endgame.

Genetic material, basically. There have been and still are periods of time when I was getting (unwanted) female attention even when going total autismo mode in bars for example.

Haha I know that deal, my younger brother has the same thing going on. I'm 184 cm (6'0), he's at 194cm (6'4). After 3 months of gym we were both weighing in at about 80 kg (176 lbs) with ~12% bodyfat. He looked much leaner and less built simply because of his height.

I came to this thread because I too, once had those feels. That was a long time ago though, but the road hasn't changed too much apparently. For one, try talking a lot less. The more you talk, the less is left to a woman's imagination, which is a bad thing if you want to create an air of mystique. Learn to listen instead. Women love to talk, and it gives you a ton of information about them. Absorb, digest, and bundle all the wit you'd previously put into an endless stream of words into as succin…

Solid post. From my personal experience: a great little hack for bringing up the topic of sex without raising bitchshields is to use an anecdote about a sexual situation that someone you know was in. You effectively bring sex into the conversation without directly involving yourself and the lady you are courting. Once the topic is out there she'll most likely be happy to jump on it, or if needed you can gently steer her further in that direction.

Relevant username much? Women typically maintain the illusion that theyre not all horny little sluts, but deep down they are, since thats what needed for our species to survive, people fucking. So basically, once you fuck a girl, their jig is up and you "win".
