I waited til I lost about 40lbs to start taking pre-workout. Stuff can get addictive so cycle off it. Also drink a lot of water after taking it like through your workout. Start with one scoop first until you get used to it then take two scoops. Edit: I was 210lbs at 5"11 just to give you a picture

Today was the first day of the semester got two girls text me wanting to hang out at the same time. I hung out with girl k because I forgot to text girl c back. then left girl k to hang with girl c. There is this girl from my class last semester and I recently got her number. We have been trying to make plans to hang out, so we came to a decision (mostly I did) to watch two movie at her place a horror then comedy. My question is I want escalation but not sure how to do it? She already knows me to a degree and it was before I changed my outlook on life.

There was this surprise party for these girls I went to awhile back and there was one girl I didn't know, let's call her Jay. This was a pretty small surprise party. Find your way to a park there are always women there. Find one then chat her up and there must be and ice cream place near by to just walk to. Plus it give you more time to talk.

This guy is right. For me stone girls wouldn't text back but I wouldn't get worked up about it I would just meet different women. This one girl told me that her phone was broken and it would only work sometimes, at first I thought she was lying. Later on she got a new phone and we started texting. sometimes you need to give people the benefit of the doubt
