| 11 | The "weaponize incompetence" myth. Why tf do these women put up with these incompetent men? Who cant look after their own kid or cook? | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 15/05/25 11:27 PM |
| 14 | The "weaponize incompetence" myth.I don't think its that deep. Weaponised incompetence is not a gendered thing, there are gendered examples of course, like cooking, cleaning, looking after children, lifting "heavy" objects, and DIY stuff. Both genders are completly capable of doing any of these chores. The different standards of cleanliness i think is not really it. I have seen it come up with me and my housemates. Where one aspect is not up to their standards but is fine to me, and the other way around where it is not acceptabl… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 15/05/25 11:26 PM |
| 2 | Who do you consider a good male role model?Peterson fell off big time. When he steps outside of his psychology stuff its pretty bad. His older stuff is better. | /r/MensRights | 30/08/24 09:18 AM |
| 5 | It is sad when showing affection to your male children is treated as something inappropriate. This is also a reason why solution to male problems cannot come from the right wingA photoshoot was posed? Great work Sherlock! | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 03/01/24 07:54 PM |
| 1 | UK: Government poised to fine social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter 10% of turnover if they do not deal with misogynistic abuse - and bosses could face jailI do think that fascism is on the rise. The UK government is right wing. We left the EU, which i think is a indicator of nationalism. These protesting laws is just a way to silence opposition. There is strong opposition of anything socialised e.g. degradation of the NHS, media hatred towards workers unions. Yes, Labour has unfortunately called for even greater power for the Online Saftey Bill and seem to want to ban VPNs. I don't know what you mean by that there is no division under fascism. | 2 | UK: Government poised to fine social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter 10% of turnover if they do not deal with misogynistic abuse - and bosses could face jailIm very scared this will pass. These laws are brought forward under the guise of protecting children when really they are eliminating our rights to privacy and is the progression of fascism and authoritarianism. Just look at the protest laws made recently in the UK. The online safety bill at the moment will destroy end to end encryption!!! | /r/MensRights | 16/05/23 06:47 PM |
| 5 | I think feminism is a right wing ideology. The accusation one is particularly ironic because of all the witch burning in the past. | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 16/04/23 11:46 AM |
| 2 | I'm no longer accepting cis as a word meaning the opposite of trans. I am a typical male, not a cis male. Trans people don't get to call "typicals" some word [cis] that died in Latin 1500 years ago, for this application.I dont really agree. I wouldnt say its used in anymore derogatory way than "trans". If "cis" is hate speach, doesnt that mean "men" is also hate speach. E.g. "fuck men/ kill all men" and "i hate all cis men" Idk i dont understand how it is hate speach. | /r/MensRights | 14/04/23 05:22 PM |
| 2 | Anyone else in high school thinking girls are treated better? My uni requires work submitted be anonymous to bypass this issue (or any discrimination in marking) | /r/MensRights | 12/03/23 07:52 PM |
| 1 | Universities are the heart of the problem and they are vulnerabletbf uni is like mostly women now. So seeing thier issues getting greater attention isnt that crazy. But at the end of the day women do seem to get more empathy on thses issues which annoys me. But also it depends on where you look. At uni women might get alot of attention to their saftey but in other places they are just told to accept it. (There was a clip recently where a women was approached and pulled on by a man which i think is a good example where in some places it would be accepted but o… | /r/MensRights | 14/11/22 03:29 AM |
| 1 | Why is it constantly asserted that all women have to be constantly in “fear for their lives” of being assaulted, raped or killed by men despite most men being harmless?Being a white male is the worst thing? Really? Like i get that we get some hate. But is it really impactful? I feel that trans, gay, disabled and non-white people get alot of hate. Its not a competiton. I guess it depenends on where you look. Online and university campuses have alot more progressive stuff and is very dafe to be non normal. In these spaces mens issue are certainly overlooked. But in other places and lower schools and jobs it is not really advantageous and can be "bad" to be not n… | /r/MensRights | 14/11/22 03:14 AM |
| 1 | Difference in healthcare that women get (taken more seriously)My mum also got a scare of breast cancer. She was seen like the same or next day by the NHS (love them btw) Luckily it as just a cyst. Can't really comment on what a man would be treated like. I know my dad got a colonoscopy check-up thing. Proud of him as many men put off these precautionary check-ups. (also on the NHS) Didn't Ryan Renolds do a thing about men's health and colonoscopies "stunt" recently idk what to call it. I feel like that is a good thing. Also further off topic Rhett and link… | /r/MensRights | 17/10/22 10:48 PM |
| -1 | Not being in a relationship with women now makes you a terrorist.so long as men are demonized, shamed, or imprisoned for seeking/getting sexual gratification from sex workers, we will do the same to the sex workers. This is just revengeful and not constructive. We should be trying to break the notion of men being shamed for seeking gratification form sex work. Does shaming sex workers achieve that. I really don't think it does. Maybe i am still not understanding your/mensrights position. Do you think that sex work should be illegal like drug use and drug deal… | /r/MensRights | 17/10/22 09:01 PM |
| -4 | Not being in a relationship with women now makes you a terrorist.Well we shouldnt shame either . I do agree that there is a weird thing (i dont know if it is called a double standard) where sex workers are protected (rightfully) but consumers are seen as sloppy. Like people who pay for onlyfans or prostitutes are seen as desperate. I dont understand this subs dislike for sex work. Can you explain it please. | /r/MensRights | 17/10/22 08:13 PM |
| -18 | I made a list of male oriented subreddits where we can discuss emotions, grooming, and other topicsI quite like bropill and menslib. I think some here dont like menslib. Yeah, there are some messages pushed on the subreddit that i dont agree with but in the comments of each post there is good conversation. On mensrights i feel there is an anger (which is understandable) but leads to a less nuanced convo. You can also see anger in the twox subreddit (the anger is also understandable here) so its not a mens rights specific thing. | /r/MensRights | 17/10/22 05:48 PM |
| -7 | Not being in a relationship with women now makes you a terrorist.the MGTOW subreddit def had sexism on it, lots of sex worker shaming. Which is weird because these women were doing what those men wanted which is to "go their own way" and it feels kinda hypocritical. But just like women can now choose to and have the ability to not engage in relationships, men should also be able to not engage in these relationships. I feel the criticism of the MGTOW movement isn't really that these men don't want to be in a relationship but that there is significant amount of… | /r/MensRights | 17/10/22 05:17 PM |
| 5 | Boys can be all these things, tooSo shaming and questioning someones masculinity is ok if they are on the wrong side? | /r/MensRights | 11/09/22 02:45 PM |
| 1 | Boys can be all these things, tooOther people have | /r/MensRights | 11/09/22 02:43 PM |
| 1 | Boys can be all these things, tooWow, i really didnt think that people here would think that other men dont perpetuate that men cant be emotional. Do people really think that the whole dont cry, protect women, be strong, not scared, provider and stoic character is only pushed by women? If this really is the thoughts held by the majority on this subreddit, i can see why the mens rights movement has struggled to eliminate this stereotype. I agree with you btw. I wanna make that clear lol. | /r/MensRights | 11/09/22 02:42 PM |
| -2 | saying all feminists are radical misandrists is the same as saying all mens rights activists are like incels. What do you call it when men are told to "man up", told they should not show emotion, and accept their sexual abuse. When men are told they cant like certain things or do other things because it is not masculine enough. Honest question. I just think that toxic masculinity is a thing. But we of course do not agree on the definition here. | /r/MensRights | 09/06/22 09:04 AM |
| 1 | Why is it okay to teach a man “how to treat a woman”, but not to teach a woman “how to treat a man”?Well reddit seems to hate amber heard right now. So no absolutes. | /r/MensRights | 25/05/22 11:04 PM |
| 6 | Gotta love the sexist double standard on display in the new Thor trailerI think the difference is that those women are consenting to the objectification. With the twitch cam girls i think that video ignores the actual effort other women creators make. But anyway, that thor scene definitely promotes and nornalises sexual harrasment of men (especially attractive one becuase of course they want it) | /r/MensRights | 25/05/22 10:55 PM |
| -2 | Why #MarriageStrike is trending in India?What do you mean by "can't say this bother me on bit"? | /r/MensRights | 23/01/22 07:30 AM |
| -1 | Calls to male sexual abuse helpline double in 2021This can be kinda seen as a good thing. More men are speaking out about there sexual abuse. There hasn't been a double in sexual abuse towards men but a double in reportings. This means the message of male sexual assault has spread and more men can get the help they need. Obviously these men have still been abused it and also there is still a idea in society where sexual abuse victims should have enjoyed it which needs to be dismantled. But there is progress. Just my thoughts | /r/MensRights | 11/01/22 10:30 AM |

| 1 | You can shame a man for having a small or average penis, but cannot shame a women for having a loose vaginaIf you eat her out she doesnt owe you a bj. | /r/MensRights | 18/08/21 02:41 PM |
| 1 | A nice feminist comment section. Of course not a single rational argument for any points I made. Just emotional name callingWhat is wrong with women in construction. This is just pushing gender roles. Why cant anyone learn to drive a steamroller, lay bricks and punch nails. You complain about not being able to work with kids. This is due to gender roles enforced by society. But you are being hypocritical by not wanting women to do construction work. I agree with the sexual assult thing. My mum and female classmates have slapped by arse and it is made to be a thing i should enjoy by onlookers. Women in developed count… | /r/MensRights | 18/08/21 02:35 PM |

| -3 | Racism against young black college men shows at least 95% of accusations of rape against them at college are false.I know that this comment is a bit old but can you help me understand how it is not toxic masculinty that is causing these suicides. Or at least a significant factor in it. From what i know it is that toxic masulinty is when a man cannot show emotion due to having to put a front of a strong person otherwise being seen as emotional and weak by society. A society where if a man is not providing he is failing. Also it could be a man who does not fit into the typical manly stuff (drinking bragging an… | /r/MensRights | 26/07/21 12:22 AM |
| -10 | If men took a vacation from maintaining cities for a year, everything would change.Yes if half the population were to stop doing there job the county would fall apart. If women were to disappear for a year children would get dumb (less teachers) people would die in hospitols due to lack of care (less nurses). There are very important roles in society that are dominated by either men or women. What is your point? | /r/MensRights | 25/07/21 11:57 PM |

| 1 | Female Streamer in Bikini for Entire Stream -Twitch: Cool Male Streamer Shows Image of Woman in a Bikini for 5 min: Twitch drops cereal bowl and clumsily pecks at their keyboards banning man (I "really" like the equal treatment here)🤦I dont think these women are doing anything wrong. Twitch may be being a bit hypocritical. But this is a bad example as the person was showing a dating profile of another women which is against TOS. I dont really feal like they are manipulating men like many are saying they are. Strippers and prostitutes and pornstars aren't manipulating. Are they? | /r/MensRights | 26/04/21 12:18 AM |

| 12 | Female Streamer in Bikini for Entire Stream -Twitch: Cool Male Streamer Shows Image of Woman in a Bikini for 5 min: Twitch drops cereal bowl and clumsily pecks at their keyboards banning man (I "really" like the equal treatment here)🤦No. He showed pics from a dating app he is on . Violating twitch TOS. You cant share stuff that may reveal personal information without permision. Showing a bikini photo of a woman on a dating app to twitch is wrong. | /r/MensRights | 25/04/21 11:11 PM |
