No fault means they did nothing wrong. If you want to go find yourself get your shit together first.

I'm not against no fault but I do believe it should invalidate alimony to the party that files. I'm stuck for now but my kids are almost grown. Practicing grey rock methods to protect myself from the narcissism we deal with and just working on myself. 1,108 days until my youngest is 18. Divorce is expensive but it can be worth it.

Shoes, purses and cosmetic procedures. If she looks high maintenance then she is. That stuff comes at a very steep price.

What you call settling can usually be reclassified as delusion and lack of ability to practice hypergamy. Self reflection is a healthy practice for everyone.

It should be much simpler than that. No fault means the filing party gets no alimony. That would fix a ton and not keep unhappy people together. Go do your thing but you have to support yourself.

It's only a scam if you're doing it for the wrong reasons. You need to do it for yourself and not for external praise.

So preferences and boundaries should never go together? You can prefer something all you'd like but if it's messed up most sane people would bail.

Easy target when the emotions come flooding in. It's normally short lived. There will always be some resentment since they were the tool used for the infidelity.

No other species allows for a mate to be kicked out and then still keep the fruits of his labor for long periods of time. That one is exclusive to humans.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/24 03:23 AM
3

Only if there’s an abundance of physical traits that would lead to stronger offspring. Getting knocked up by an alpha and then settling down with a beta isn’t exclusive to humans.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/24 03:19 AM

It’s not weird. It’s biology. People try to fight it and ignore it but women look for stability and the ability to provide in a mate. They will need protection and resources when birthing offspring. Humans seem to want to suppress these things. We have evolved some but not enough to completely ignore the last of our animal nature.

Right now it's none of the above. I think Nikki Haley was one of the very few Republican candidates that could wipe the floor with Joe in a general election. The MAGA faction turned on her and destroyed the best chance there was for beating sleepy Joe. DeSantis, Cruz, Pence...etc would never win either. There has to be a good one in there somewhere. If they can't do better this may be the beginning of a big decline for the republicans. The Dems could run almost anyone and beat Trump. At least th…

Normally starts off as a good place to vent. A ton less snark than mixed company blogs. After a while a few women show up. Some are a little supportive while some are doing their best to change it to a pro women forum. Soon it is overrun with the women that don't want men to have anything of their own. This is where it can go one of two ways. Way one... Men say screw it an move on to start a new place to vent. Way two....men fight back and try to recalim their space, women go nuclear an harass m…

The only flaw to your theory is the bait and switch that happens. Relationships usually start off hot and heavy and then stop after the men are locked in. Women can leave with a lot more than they came in with but a split is normally very devastating to a man. There is almost no benefit for a man to get married. You can get all of the benefits without the risk by staying in the BF/GF stage. Some may even see it as superior since you have to maintain the level of effort/interest since it is easie…

Holy non sequitur , Batman. That's a lot to unpack. Distributing pictures of other is a huge violation of consent. Aren't you against that. I don't even want to know the mental gymnastics it took for you to get from the original conversation to distribution of child porn and distributing pics of other family without consent. But...the thought did cross your mind, Does that mean you've announced intent to do both? Thoughts lead to actions....right?

And if they get 50/50 there is no child support. That's not as common as you think. They still designate a primary caregiver and that person is awarded support based on an income schedule. Your experience may be different but there are several jurisdictions that are brutal for men.

There should be a clause in marriage contract for this. Set a timeframe and if it is exceeded then the marriage is open by default. No more cheating.

You're a p&$$y if you fight back and you will most likely end up arrested for defending yourself. No one will believe you if you report it. Even if you do the right thing and calmly remove yourself .... better hope she's honest or you could get #metoo'd. It's a lose lose for men if it is ever disclosed.

Which brand of feminism? Are we talking 'old school equal rights feminism or are we talking 'take what men built and chop off their balls feminism?'
/r/MensRights15/02/24 12:25 AM

You are younger so you are coming in with a fresh set of eyes. What you see now is the overcorrection. The original feminist's movement doesn't even closely resemble what it has become. Equal rights was never meant to be an excuse to take from one person to give to another. Equal opportunity and equal outcome are not the same.

The generations of men before ours worked the shit out of them to keep the family unite. To guarantee a future to their children and wives. It was part of a normal life. Shit jobs always existed but receiving love and respect from your darlings was a heck of a boost. Look what that got them.

Don't try so hard. Work on yourself until you become the right level of attractiveness to a person you are attracted to. You're options will be better when you become the best version of yourself.

That's a her issue. If she can't find him it doesn't mean someone else should have to fill in. Why should the partner that was lied to and cheated on be forced to raise and pay for a child that isn't his?
