1	Why exactly do people view parents refusing to pay child support for a child whom they never actually wanted as being morally questionable if this child already has all of their needs met & is thus in a better position than they were pre-conception? I see a huge variance in interpretation of 'all their needs met'. That could range from being allowed to breathe to having a fully funded 18 years expenses plus a college fund. The kicker is that a parent is morally assumed to desire to want to have as many of a child needs met as possible. bad analogy coming: A four wheel vehicle will never have all its needs met, missing half of its tires, ever.	/r/MensRights	30/04/21 02:22 PM

8	Mentally ill mother of 3 granted restraining order against loving father who let the LA family court and CPS know he had urgent concerns that she could harm the children. This week all 3 kids were found dead by her hands. From reading the article, I see they shared a home at some point during her worsening state. Please, if this is anything like you, you fear for the children safety, please call the police and commit that person to mental health (psychological assistance) custody. 1	What is your opinion on Alimony? Before reading the comments: Alimony is most equal mathematically when both spouses earn and pull in close to the same income. I think it does have its purpose for the extreme stay at home spouse cases... After reading the comments: I think alimony should be applied when a stay at home party was at home and out of the job market for at least 3, 4 5 years. only then, 1 or 2 years alimony to get back out there. 2	Weekly Community Chat Megathread Is there a post about "who" has built/litigated the current divorce system and its biases/assumptions, "who" is in office with power to modify the l system, and why that "who" hasn't updated said system? I'm starting to believe the "who" isn't as simple as 80% men/ 20% women lawmaker decisionmaking.
