It's never good to focus on "this one girl" but I'll give it a shot for the sake of learning: Basically there is this girl that i met in college. We've known each other for 1.5 years now and i'd say we are pretty good friends. Problem number one - a year and a half of friendship means she's probably classified you into the wrong bucket for our purposes. She had always been in a relationship until recently so we've never hang out outside of college but I often helped her (she also helped me quite…

You're wasting time thinking about it this much. Ask yourself how a high value male would behave in this situation. Would he be upset that one woman didn't respond to his text? No, he would be off doing whatever fun shit he had planned that day. Her loss. He would be talking to the next girl, and the next girl, and the next girl. If she responds, great, go on a date and make your intentions clear. If she's not into it or doesn't respond, oh well, go lift and on to the next one.

One thing to keep in mind if you try this over the long term is the inverse correlation between frequency of ejaculation and prostate cancer incidence: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27033442/

For sure, targeting 2300-2400 calories each day which should equate to a pound a week of weight lost (preferably fat). I'll be weighing in and comparing to my weekly calorie intake to see where my BMR actually is.

Eh, loosely 40/30/30 on macros. Mostly meats and vegetables with select fruits and other carb sources. Water or coffee/tea to drink. Last night was salmon and roasted broccoli. Cardio and not eating like crap to address that fat.

Thanks - yeah besides general walks with the pup I've been cycling between 30-40 miles per week, which I fully anticipate I won't be able to keep up with as my working weights go back up. But, that's a bridge I'll cross when I get there. I intend on following something like T Nation's 'Get Ripped, Get Walking' article at that point.

I am - it's just one less specific data point on the internet, as I'm (potentially unreasonably) concerned about being doxxed.

Overall, it sounds like you're trying to run before you crawl. Start training your body. Preferably with complex barbell lifts, but at least some sort of physical pursuit. Drink plenty of water and clean up your diet. Put the other books down and sit down with No More Mr Nice Guy (NMMNG) and When I Say No I Feel Guilty (WISNIFG), one at a time, with a notebook, and work through them. On the job front, utilize any of the free tools online (I liked cultivatedculture.com) to refresh your resume and…

I had a great urge to talk about it and show my disappointment It's good you didn't, because as you correctly identified below, you've got some work to do yourself. I fucked my wife the other day. It was one of the times where I was the only active and willing side. I did not perform any kino the whole day, we've had a tough day in general, and I only initiated in bed. Need to be throwing game at her more consistently. It's good you recognize it. What's your plan to address it?

OYS #2 - 08/03/2020 STATS: We're both early 30s. Married around 10 years. 1 child under 5. Around 6'4"-6'8". BF estimated at 23-27% with this image. LIFTS: My last day 1 of lifts was Friday, July 23 at my garage setup. Started again with the bar for squats, press, and rows. Lifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and adding 10 lbs per workout to squats and rows, and 5 lbs per workout to press. So, last workout (if I can call it that) was 85 lbs on squat, 65 lbs on press, and 85 lbs on row. Still f…

OYS #1 - 08/03/2021 07/29/2021 Vets will recognize me. I've been here many times before. This is my last day 1. It's time to be consistent. Being intentionally vague in certain parts so I can be more specific in others without doxxing myself. Was planning on getting back into the swing of things with Tuesday but posting today so I don't put it off any longer. STATS: We're both early 30s. Married around 10 years. 1 child under 5. Around 6'4"-6'8". BF estimated at 23-27% with this image. LIFTS: My…
