Tonight's update: I spoke with her friend from the cinema, she says this girl likes me. She also said "ask her to dance!", encouraging me. So, confident the two of them kinda… spoke to each other about me - ? I guess…? - I had her dance with me. Now, I'm an horrible dancer and this club was only playing fuckin' salsa. It we had shit like MC Hammer I could've had no problem, but I'm a motherfucking trunk when it comes to dancing steps, so after a few moves she walked away, I tried to let her stay…

Already asked, she had some relationships but nothing serious. All her relationships were 1-2 months long

I had a relationship with a waitress at my workplace (similar to yours, the place had 5 or 6 employees) and it went on for 4 good years after she quit that job. Although we didn't do anything at work, everyone knew we were together. Anyway, find out if she's intrested first. A staff party (a casual dinner, maybe) should be fine, you can ask her to go grab a drink after. I wouldn't do it, anyway (just my opinion)

That's delicate, and I'm too young - your age actually - to advice. Can you tell us more about your workplace?

You can't get laid if you don't go outside, go clubbing, meet new people somehow. It's not like girls knock at your door, that's the thing.

I've been with a girlfriend 4 years before breaking up, then I started gaming again. I'll tell you what: I can tell something is different. Not because I don't have a girlfriend anymore, but because when breaking up you change your "crew", that's inevitable: it's been 2 years I'm going out just with videogames nerds, and that's not going to ever get me a girlfriend. I suggest you to read Billy's learning pickup guide on the sidebar, I found it useful. Good luck buddy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
