From a third party perspective, manipulation is not gender specific. Men manipulate other men in many differently scenarios, specifically in biz and to gain power ( Trump for example). It is a type of person thing, not a “all women” or “all men” thing. Someone may choose to be selectively manipulative depending on the situation.
