I would like to preface my answers by saying that men are not all the same. Just as women have immense variation in values, habits, interests, preferences, etc, men also have such variation. So my answers will be anecdotal to myself. I absolutely see women as equals. I see people, as equals. In fact, i don't want a relationship that isn't equal. We are all different, and we all have our strengths and weaknesses, but in the end we are all humans. Male and female are two sides of the same coin, on…

You assume most of us do not take care of ourselves, or that the focus should be on using it to attract women. Men who don't workout, i urge you to do the same, but go do it for yourselves. Make your own life better.

I agree, but i also thing it goes for women as well. No need to hate and blame all men for the poor behavior of individuals. I think it's a people problem, not a gender problem. People fail to understand those who aren't like them, and too often it turns into hatred and resentment.

If I'm looking for a genuine relationship, then 1 (difficult still). If all I want is sex and a physical relationship, then 2. I've dated very religious girls and have experienced #1. That scenario helps develop the connection, however without to ability to express intimacy the relationship will be strained. Either she would accept the physical (leading to more commitment, possibly marriage), or the relationship would end. A healthy and functioning relationship needs both emotional and physical …

I have had several, though i do have a female friend who i am very close to, yet do not have any attraction to. She and I even had our respective LTR end around the same time, have drank alone together, and even went on a week long vacation together. We are both straight, yet have never even had the inclination for a sexual relationship. That's just not the nature of our relationship. We are simply close friends.

You said it perfectly. One sided effort is tiring, and boring after a while.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
