Some of the most hardcore feminists I know grew up in places like Malibu or Laguna Beach. They were sent to wonderful private schools or lived very affluent lifestyles. That’s why you get a lawyer to provide the ip address and texting times. Not to mention the texting- CPS can be anti male; but they’re main job is protecting children. Simple- call CPS yourself, lawyer up, and call the police. If there is cp; than it’s on her. Call her bluff and be ruthless. Add- I would also show the lawyer exactly what this chick is saying to you OP. This sounds borderline extortion. I have learned defamation and false light are complicated torts. There are many factors involved; location, type of defamation (slander or libel), ext. Go on a website called Avvo and ask a free a question detailing your case. Than Use Avvo to find yourself an attorney. Most have free consultations. As someone currently fighting to get my job back form a vindictive and completely false harassment accusation; keep a defensive mindset. The above seems a bit over kill; but I support many points.
