| 1 | How do you get over being sheltered?A rule of thumb that I have realized is to do things that would trigger the most unease within me. The more unease, the better. The problem is I'm not sure about what exactly to do. Yeah, talking to more people in general, trying to network more, and that sort of stuff, but what about actual stuff to do?
