-1	Denied after a 23 years old spits in 13 years old face Assault (spitting) meet battery (way over-reacting, one self-defense tap would have passed the message, without it being a felony). 4	Not Today This is an interesting situation. In normal circumstances, you try not to strike first. Even if severely aggravated like the guy most likely was, he should've made more of an effort to get away from her and de-escalate the situation. 3	Young woman slaps a bus driver, gets charged for assault. Busses are usually late because of /r/IdiotsInCars who do something stupid, block traffic and make a mess of things. More so in smaller communities like Guelph (where I actually lived for a while). In other words, it's rarely if ever the bus driver's fault if there is delay in bus service.
