Man wish I had known this months ago. My gf at the time messages me saying she was going to get food and alcohol with a past lover but that it wasn't a date and that her friends were coming. Only way to find out is to pursue further and see where it goes IMO. Personally I don't go for girls that already have boyfriends but you know the situation best and if you're seeing clear IOIs then you don't have anything to lose. Just make sure you go about it the right way.

When I was stuck in the friendzone before I found RP, I would continue doing things for her in the hopes that I may do that one thing that impressed her. What made it worse was that she would play along sometimes which made my delusion even worse. When I finally did tell her how "I felt" she rejected me without a second thought. Well you have identified your problems which are: social anxiety, bad social skills, terrible mannerisms, and beta body language. These are all things that can be fixed with hard work and patience. Focus on one thing at a time and read up on how you can fix that specific problem and in time you'll fix them all. The hardest thing to fix here would be social anxiety and for that I suggest meditation and lifting.

You definitely could have gone much further but it is a good start nonetheless. My biggest advice to you is to stop thinking so much and just do it. I mean what's the worst that could happen? I can't say that the average man would have as much instant success as a calvin klein model but game allows us to even things out. You certainly can't change your looks (minus working out) or height but you can improve your social skills to the point where although the other guy does look better, she is more interested in hanging out with you.

Don't worry about whether she wants you to make a move rather ask yourself if you wanted to. The best thing to do would be to move on. You should never tolerate this type of behavior...she could have easily cleaned up the room after you left. Don't worry about your inexperience as the only way to fix that is through experience.
