This is one of several reasons I left this sub. Because you guys have politicized yourselves so heavily; this has nothing to do with MGTOW.

Obviously this is a late post, but holy shit, this is shocking. I'm saving this comment for future reference. Also, for future reference, this is on page 48 of the report (page 58 of the PDF). This can also be found by doing a ctrl+f for "8.7" and it is the third result. Thank you for your post. This is enlightening. I really hope that someday, spermjacking can be made illegal... but it is extremely hard to prove in a court of law.

Still, the welfare bills the state is footing is a lot less than what it would be if you weren't paying any support, right?
/r/MensRights03/04/18 03:20 AM

In short: from the POV of taxpayers like you, you cannot have both a welfare state and "financial abortion", is that right?

I appreciate that you are at least aware of your position not being close to implemented. I wish you all the best because it will be a very long journey

Guess you're outside of my post's target audience. Financial abortion is a very common MRA talking point

No, no, no. Vigilanteism is wrong; there is no need to condone it. He should sue the officer in a civil way, not get into a petty self-indulgent fight over something he only could have done. EDIT: Downvotes. Look, guys, one of the cornerstones of living in a civilized society is handling dispute and disagreement in a civil and just way. Organizing fistfights between two parties in a dispute is an uncivil and retrograde action that should not be condoned. There is no good that comes out of vigila…

The thing is, it's not the kid's fault. It is probable that they'll be brainwashed into hating the father and that the other side of the story will be whitewashed to them... but that's not their fault. They had nothing to do with whatever happened in their parent's lives that caused them to divorce in the first place. They had nothing to do with the fact that Ontario has such an unfair court system. And of course, they had nothing to do with the fact that they are suffering from very serious hea…

Bro, it ain't no excuse. It's the truth. He was given a court order that absolutely went beyond "support his children". The court order was "support your children and give huge money to your ex-wife". The amount of money he'd have given his ex-wife is huge; no fucking way will she spend every single dime on the kids. He may very well might've been paying for money she'd spend on her new boyfriend. He was not running away because he didn't want to support his children. He ran away because he was …

He was forced to abandon his children. He didn't do it because he didn't want to support his children; he did it because he didn't want to deal with a bullshit court order.
/r/PussyPassDenied30/01/18 10:51 PM

I feel bad for the kids. They have pretty bad health conditions and they didn't choose to live under the wing of a judge who drove their father away from them.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/01/18 03:35 AM
1

While I think this dad did a respectable thing fleeing the country, I have to say that I feel sorry for his children who are suffering from severe health issues. They didn't choose to have the kind of parents they did, and they didn't choose to be born in an area with a family court judge like this. Hopefully those children are doing well.
/r/MensRights27/01/18 01:51 AM

Yeah. I don't imagine being a single mom (exhausting job) is worth it to get a child support check from the average man... but it must definitely be worth it to do it to a celebrity.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/18 06:02 AM
1

Even if it is made up, you, given the child support payouts you get and lack of accountability on how it is spent, can certainly understand why it is feasible/plausible.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/18 06:02 AM
1

Fair enough, I mean you gotta just infer based on anecdotes here and there. Problem here is that birth control sabotage is not a crime; so cases of it are not tracked and there is no incentive to document it. So there's no way to get a statistic about it. plus, it would be extremely hard to prove in a court of law.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/18 05:40 AM

I did not say it was not a real thing and I never said it could not happen to me. All I said was that there is no evidence that it is a cultural element happening on a wide scale; something you haven't provided any evidence for. Calm down bro.
/r/MensRights30/12/17 11:53 PM

And I don't think its reasonable to do what some people on this sub have done, which is conclude that spermjacking/babytrapping is super common in US culture, when there is no reason to conclude that. It's an Alex Jones level conspiracy theory.
/r/MensRights30/12/17 11:46 PM

Way too many women are doing this crap. Is there any citation/proof that this is a common trend? Beyond just your anecdotal observation
/r/MensRights30/12/17 11:16 PM
2

No. I'm not sure where you are getting this; I literally just said I was NOT okay with rape victims being forced to pay child support.
/r/MensRights29/12/17 12:59 AM
1

No, the reason why we can't have that is because then the child who is in this situation through no fault of its own will suffer and starve to death. Punishing the mother will necessarily punish the child.
/r/MensRights28/12/17 06:20 PM
2

You can't just dismiss this as "probably won't" when children's lives are on the line here. Do we let them starve to death by cutting welfare.
/r/MensRights28/12/17 06:19 PM
2

How often does sperm jacking happen?
/r/MensRights28/12/17 06:18 PM

If the woman cannot afford to care for the child, and if the man gets an LPS, then now the taxpayers will be paying for it. Do you accept that consequence? Or are you saying that you're okay with welfare being cut and the kid starving to death.
/r/MensRights28/12/17 06:18 PM

Sorry just to clarify: you are saying that welfare should?
/r/MensRights28/12/17 06:17 PM

I believe a parent who uses them should be required to pay child support to the state until the baby is adopted by foster parents.
/r/MensRights28/12/17 06:16 PM
1

Women can rape them, force parenthood upon them and extort child support from them. I absolutely oppose that. I do not recall implying anything that said I supported it. And I wouldn't want them to compel an abortion but I would want them to not be forced to pay for the kid.
/r/MensRights28/12/17 06:15 PM
1

who you've shown you're fine with holding responsible for decisions they have no say in as soon as they turn 18 I didn't say that. I am a skeptic of the child support system; and even if I did support it I would not support in it's current form. One thing you conspicuously didn't mention in your list of proposed reforms was a rape/incest exemption to CS liability. I do support a rape/incest exemption. I do not recall implying that I do not.

Great point. Personally, I don't drive, so I say we abolish government-funded roads. Why should that money be coming out of my tax dollars? /s Okay, hold on. Driving is something the majority of people do. Even people who do not drive benefit from the presence of roads because its how goods and services are delivered. Driving and roads are infinitely more important to American society; that alone is enough to discard this analogy as a false equivalency. Will they [go up a lot]? Are you sure? Yes…

The problem is, do you really think these women from poor socioeconomic backgrounds have the capacity to be forward thinking and capable of good long-term thinking? Is there any evidence that this "discourage this behavior by stopping rewards" theory works? I think its important you have evidence to ensure it works because the lives of children go on the line. You are assuming that the benefits go to support the children. Welfare benefits are very low in the US; you're not living a rich lifestyl…

At present our society is willing to jail men if they have a child they are unable or unwilling to support financially. I oppose that. I oppose any law that jails people solely for nonpayment of anything (including CS). And I believe that people who put the kid up for adoption should pay child support to the government until the kid gets adopted by foster parents.
/r/MensRights28/12/17 06:07 PM

I believe people who do it should be required to pay child support to the government until the child gets adopted by foster parents.

Cost of raising one child is over 200k$. That's over 11 thousand dollars a year. Multiply this by the number of poor children there are. Now consider the fact that a large number of men are delinquent on child support; then consider the fact that there are a lot more men who aren't delinquent but would stop paying if they had the means to. Now I'm not saying we need to let these children live 11k$ a year lifestyles. But I'm just saying that there would be a lot of children the welfare state woul…

minimise benefits to parents that continue to conceive while dependant on the state. You seem to be thinking that this will leave the parents high and dry. But you know who else it leaves high and dry? The innocent children. They are the ones who need the money the most.
/r/MensRights28/12/17 01:09 AM
1

If they can be put up for adoption that's great. But let's suppose they can't be or that some of them can't be. If that is the case, then what is more expensive for the taxpayers: paying the welfare bills for these children to get food & clothes (whose mothers at least do the work in raising them for free), or putting them in foster care (where we not only have to pay their food & clothing bills, but also have to pay the caretaker bills)?
/r/MensRights28/12/17 12:54 AM

That is tangential to my point which is that if the man chooses not to pay child support, then you will end up paying for it financially. Do you accept that consequence?
/r/MensRights28/12/17 12:48 AM
3

And what about the innocent children, including boys, who will suffer horribly as a result of this? The goal of welfare is to support the children who are in this situation through no fault of their own. Not to support the parents.
/r/MensRights28/12/17 12:47 AM
1

If need be, there could be a system similar to the foster care system, but where the mother is required to work in order to pay the state for the upkeep of her child, if she finds that she cannot both work and provide child care. This makes sense. I don't support what you were saying in your first paragraph because then the children will suffer and possibly die if their mother fails to, can't, or refuses to earn enough money. But if there's a system where the state helps them if they are trying …
/r/MensRights28/12/17 12:46 AM

And leave the children to starve to death or suffer horribly, and cause them to grow up in horrible conditions that will predispose them to turn to criminality? Whatever you think of these mothers going on welfare or these men who don't want to pay child support, the fact of the matter is that these children, including boys, are most innocent.
/r/MensRights28/12/17 12:45 AM

Is there any evidence to prove this happens? I would guess that the kind of people who have unplanned children (and are likely to use financial abortion) come from bad socioeconomic backgrounds and have poor or at least relatively worse sex education and worse intelligence in general. And this idea that future mothers would stop creating fatherless kids if there were financial abortion necessarily assumes that those mothers are intelligent enough to be very forward thinking. I think this is a ve…

Your rant follows that model - so if it quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck ... chances are it is a feminist. It's not though. I'm a skeptic; an in-betweener. But I suppose this is irrelevant; what's relevant here is the argument. Every state has safe haven laws that allow women to unilaterally cut their parental obligations. I am against safe havens. (Or to be more accurate, I support safe havens but I believe the mother should be forced to pay child support to the state). Besides the lif…

The problem with any statistic regarding false accusations/false arrests for any crime is that police and forensic labs are very insufficient. John Oliver's done a piece on forensic science and how unreliable it is, and how unaccountable police are, and there is also the coercive nature of plea deals which most criminal cases end in... The justice system has a LOT of problems.

The age of consent is 16 IIRC. Plus, according to the article, this student was 15 at the time.

Me when I saw the title: 16 is the age of consent. Now this is still an abuse of authority and an abuse of power. But in the actual article: The student was 15 years old at the time of the alleged incidents. So yes, this was rape. To the people who call it sex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdtKbq3Omkw

The one good thing about these stories is that they are helping educate the blue pilled men out there about how much of an enemy the government is to fathers. But to me, this is no surprise.

All insults that you have given us the opportunity to make aside... It is really unfortunate that you are decrying us when you don't understand us. This comment is a sarcastic metaphor for why the teach-men-not-to-rape rhetoric is misguided; it is not to be taken in a literalist sense.

I am not defending this, I am just saying that it is dishonest to claim (as this title implies) that she faced no punishment for this crime. You'll get downvoted if people view this comment but you are right. MRAs and MGTOWs who automatically side with men before hearing context in rape accusation cases where it's unclear if he's innocent are hypocrites in this regard as well. Kind of like how people on the right automatically side with the woman when it's a Muslim accused of the rape, but automatically side with the man when it's a white man accused of rape.

Bobby Sherrill, a divorced father of two from Parkton, N.C., was a casualty of that war. Mr. Sherrill, who worked for Lockheed in Kuwait before being captured and held hostage by Iraq for nearly five harrowing months, was arrested the night he returned from the Persian Gulf War. Why? For failing to pay $1,425 in child support while he was a captive. Wow. I'm speechless. I don't even know what to say... Can you summarize the book? I'm too lazy to read and that's a bad reader. But is the book saying that... This really highlights how broken the US prosecutorial system is. They stockpile charges and put a ton of physical stress (being jailed) and duress (the threat of a long prison sentence and lengthy/expensive trial) on you so you are bullied into accepting a plea deal. This is terrible and it affects so many men for so many crimes not just false rape accusations.

Yes. There are genuine issues in the Islamic religion. But that should not be enough for a jury. i have not closely looked into the Rotherham case, but if I can look at the evidence and say to myself "I would vote guilty if it were a white male", then I'll concede that is a fair point.

Exactly. With abortion and contraceptive access, the problem isn't that women were given rights, but that they weren't given responsibility for those rights. But child support isn't a fixed amount; it's a portion of income. You can fuck a rapper and rather than get a few hundred a month, you'll get a few thousand a month. Google "nba player child support" or "large child support" and you'll find examples. The family court system has incentivized women to have kids out of wedlock with these guys for moneys.

Sadly, most men (and women) are blue-pilled cucks. So it's not dying anytime soon but we have the power to avoid getting cucked ourselves.

There are too many NBA/NFL players paying a shit ton of child support; seriously, hypergamy and gold digging is so disappointingly common in our community. Plus, the criminal justice system is anti-poor, anti-black and anti-male, so it's no surprise that that leads to the plight of us. And we are the ones who lost our fathers thanks to the family court system. Yet feminism is so rampant in the black community. We need men's rights the most

From a Google search, Man of Steel made more money than Wonder Woman. If two people are producing different amounts of money, it makes sense that they will get differing paycheques. Also, I believe that men are more inclined to negotiate for paychecks (which is a partial reason for the wage gap).
/r/MensRights20/06/17 04:42 PM

The law on these types of cases is very complicated and changing. That's why the system is bullshit. You may not get your rights. Or if you do, you had to shell out a fuck ton of money to get them. Either you lose, your win and lose
/r/MensRights20/06/17 04:41 PM

The court system is bullshit. The law is so complex that you need a lawyer to stand up for your rights. Either you keep your money and forfeit your rights without a lawyer... Either you get your rights but lost so much money paying for a lawyer... or you pay for a lawyer and lose in court. In other words, no matter what happens, you lose in the end. Fuck the court system.
/r/MensRights20/06/17 04:39 PM

So if you commit a nonviolent drug offense, than you, whether you do or don't have kids, are going to jail! ...but rape a prepubescent boy, and you'll get child support from that boy and not be sent to jail. or commit paternity fraud and you can continue to get child support from that man and not be sent to jail. This double standard is bullshit. Motherhood is a reason to outright excuse some crimes... but fatherhood isn't?
/r/MensRights20/06/17 04:37 PM

Just like the family courts, there is a serious bias against males in the criminal court system, and unfortunately it's disproportionately affecting African-Americans. This (combined with the family court system) is a key reason why the black community has overwhelming rates of fatherlessness... which has increased crime inside out. I feel so bad for all the dads beaten up by this criminal justice system, and all the kids who had bad lives over this.

Night before the wedding? You still signed it. Granted, if a wedding dissolves the night before the wedding over a prenup, than the person who offered that prenup should be forced to pay all the costs of the wedding and reimburse any costs the other party paid. It is not duress to bring up a prenup the night before the wedding. In fact: if you're given a prenup the night before the wedding, you should get the fuck away from that person, not marry them. There is something wrong with your culture when divorce and unmarried pregnancies are relatively normalized and common among parents (this is something both men and women are at fault for). I'm not a fan of religion at all, but the one thing I'll give the religious people is that they know how to keep families together.

Well yes, because we all interact with women even if it's not romantic. We all have women and girls we care about in our lives for our family, colleagues, etc.. I have known some MGTOW men whose lives have been so badly ruined by women that it would be unnatural for them to not have a deep visceral hatred of women. As long as they leave women alone, no harm done. I'm not one of those people (I became MGTOW through horror story and not experiences), but when you put it like that, I begin to under…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/17 04:50 PM
2

That does make a lot of sense. If you expressly identify as MGTOW it would take you a lot of effort to avoid associating all the people you are avoiding as part of an evil conspiracy. That must be why the people in the community act as though every single woman in the world is set out to divorce-rape them so that they keep paying them while also throwing a false rape accusation and stealing their kids -- that is rather hyperbolic, but if you call yourself a MGTOW it makes sense to say.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/17 04:48 PM

1

It seems most people have the impression that if your MGTOW that you hate women, which is unfortunate considering I don't. Same. It's something of a middlepoint behind me; I want to call myself MGTOW to express my protestation of relationship culture/laws in the US, but I don't think it's good to be associable with a culture that is patently misogynistic. I wouldn't say I dislike the sub entirely. A lot of the comments and some of the posts are misogynistics, but I do like the horror stories it …
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/17 04:43 PM
2

Agreed, I like this comment I agree with 100% of it. The legal system isn't set up to handle divorces and child custody/support; it's set up to provide a flow of cash to divorce lawyers and family court judges. That said I don't try to tone-police the sub because it should be a place for men to vent without being made to feel guilty. I momentarily paused when I read that sentence, because it suddenly made me consider that maybe all that venting does have a purpose.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/17 04:38 PM
5

Good question. There are lots of people who have no idea what MGTOW is (much less share the misogyny in it) and are still completely single and avoid all relationships. So why do I choose to keep the MGTOW label? Because when you call yourself MGTOW, you're proclaiming protestation and condemnation of the family court system and the way marriage/divorce is set up in the US (which I definitely do protest). That is an essential part of my ideology that non-labeling doesn't carry.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/17 09:28 AM

Because of the connotations associated with the lifestyle of being independent and avoiding the sucky cost-benefit analysis. Still, the community goes too far for me.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/17 08:31 AM

I'd still ask for more context to judge this moral standard. It'd depend on how intimate they'd gotten before, how long they'd been together, the setting in which it happened, how fast the guy did it (was there a buildup hug or a quick bear hug), and whether or not there were any circumstances that could've led the guy to reasonably believe that it'd be unwanted (i.e. a recent fight they'd had). But AFAIK this isn't court-worthy assuming none of those circumstances check out.

What does it mean that she "already earned" the payment? She did already earn the payment. The payment she got while the marriage lasted of being able to live in house rent-free. She did already earn her payment for the services for the duration of the marriage. When the marriage dissolves, she is no longer providing him services. She has no payment to gain from him, and he has no payment to give to her.
/r/MensRights09/06/17 11:41 PM

So if a man forced his ex-homemaker wife to, regardless to her will, stay in his house, nurture his children, and make him sandwiches, he is simply "retaining what he earned". There is nothing immoral about this other than hurting the precious feefees of SJW tradcon feminists.

Because the family court fuckers are paid money based on the amount of child support and alimony they order. I believe a court can gain 2$ for every 1$ in CS they order. When you give people the ability to gain more money the more they fuck someone over, you have to be a special kind of retarded to not expect people to get fucked over.

Women aren't pigeonholed into being some tradcon's homemaker; back in the day, alimony made sense because they were barred from working. Today, homemaking is a choice taken in lieu of alternatives. Equal rights, equal responsibilities.

It's not unpaid labor, sweetie. She was getting her bills paid when she lived in his house. You are confusing the concept of paid labor with the concept of unpaid labor. It's not fair to mitigate that disadvantage because A, it's being decided by a subjectivist family court system that has financial incentive to maximize the money it pulls out of men's assholes and has no capacity to determine who is and who is not at fault in these situations, B, the woman chose to be a homemaker, C, the govern…

She can kill the kid if you want it; nothing you can do about it. She can take child support from you if you don't want it; nothing you can do about it. If you don't want the kid to be born or if you don't want to be a part of it's life, and she births it; you have to pay CS, and you have no recourse. They shouldn't be forced to substitute their custody with child support. Child support is founded on the thought of 50% responsibility and that's bullshit. I am all for reproductive rights, but with rights come responsibilities By all means if it is voluntary than the father can get custody. And if the father happens to be a miracle man and gets custody that's great. But if he is being torn apart from his kids against his will with a custody arrangement he doesn't like, or doesn't want to be a p…

If the fatherhood is voluntary, or precedented through a legal marriage than they should be involved in the child's life. But if she takes the kid from him than he can't be held responsible. Every other weekend and a child support check is not an alternative to fatherhood. But hey, realizing that would be the rational thing to do? If only these people were capable of being rational.

Child support - Typically women receive money from fathers for eighteen years. That also reminds me of abortion. While pregnant: 100% my choice, 0% your choice Baby born: 50% my responsibility, 50% your responsibility If only you have the power to control whether or not the baby comes to term, then guess what honey: it's no longer 50% my choice if a baby is born. If only society was capable of being rational. Ahh what am I saying

Yes. At least I, unlike most blue-pilled uninformed men in society, am aware of his unfair it is and can live my life never having to be blindsided by it. Poor old men who were never taught this garbage in sex ed and paid for it as a result. RIP Robin Williams :(

No, it was the woman's choice to be a homemaker. She is responsible for that choice. For fuck's sake, with abortions, both parties made the choice to get the woman pregnant, and we wouldn't call the man half responsible for the child. Basically, it's seen that like the money made during the marriage, the skills + career the bread winner developed while being supported by the home maker are actually belong to both parties. Similarly, the homemaking skills the homemaker developed while supporting …

Exactly. The courts automatically judge the man as responsible for the marriage's failure even though some 70% of divorces are initiated by women, so he has to pay for a failure not his fault. Truly, this is the height of the patriarchy! /s

It probably will since that may not exactly excite her. But honestly, it shouldn't (even though it sadly will), and if your date is actually bothered by it that's a big red flag. You should be loved for who you are, not how expensive a car you are looking for, and you should stay the hell away from anyone who thinks otherwise!

Why do you think rich and famous men are so hypergamous? Seriously list almost any famous major male celebrity (Donald Trump, even) and they are so often married to someone who isn't nearly as rich or famous as them. I would think that men smart enough to be this rich would know better than to be hypergamous (since hypergamy is the greatest threat to financial solvency there is), but yet so many of them are. Why is that? You guys have any clues/opinions on why this is? EDIT: Just to be clear sin…

Ahh, the good ol days, when marriage gave you both responsibility and power. Now in the current days, it gives you responsibility and no power. I can't imagine getting married to someone who makes significantly less than me. I have all the responsibility... and none of the authority. It makes me wonder -- why are so many rich and famous men hypergamous? Guess richness doesn't exactly correlate to intelligence.

Thanks, I appreciate that we can respect other's decisions without descending into a shouting match :) But I'd be interested in hearing your response to my earlier criticism. Why do you think it's "only fair" that she cling to the benefits of marriage (receiving alimony), without the costs (being a homemaker for you), in the event of a divorces, while you only cling to the costs (paying her alimony) and none of the benefits (a made home and a stable environment for your child)?

It depends on the context. I mean if that guy wasn't about to hit back and was intimidated or brainwashed into believing he shouldn't, then you were in the right to save him. But if he was about to hit back, and you only protected her then and ignored it when she was hitting him, then you were being a white knight (however well-intentioned you were).

You can't waive your right to privacy just by doing this: a much better argument you can make is that it is not posting personal information to share this video. The video was voluntarily published to YouTube and it has her name in it. Sharing this video isn't sharing personal information.

They reappropriated that phrase. White people did the horrible damage with the phrase. They are referring to themselves and to their own culture. White people are referring to a foreign culture. Imagine a fat person at the gym sharing a social media photo who says "us fatties, trying to lose that weight!" Compare that to a thin person taking a photo of those people and saying "Look at these fatties, trying to lose that weight"! There is a difference between referring to your own culture and othe…

Oh I thought you were referring to the concept of calling others black, but you meant "nigger" my bad. Valid point, it's a nuanced intricacy. It has become a cultural slang when used in black culture, but it's hateful when used by white people (in a hateful way). Nothing wrong with jokingly referring to a friend of yours as a nigger or something, but when you use it out of hate, the racist history and context is unavoidable. We are trying to reappropriate the word. When someone of your own race …

/r/PussyPassDenied16/04/17 07:06 PM

the problem is that when you start conflating "person i disagree with" with "fascist" as these antifa cucks are doing, then the word fascist rapidly loses meaning. soon enough, traditional republicans jokingly call themselves fascists, and you can't tell real fascists from traditional conservatives, and this assists actual fascists in being able to deflect criticism. Falsely calling someone you disagree with a fascist is more pro-fascist than the person you disagree with

Parental alienation is a big thing. If a parent can convince/train their children to tell the authorities bad things about the other parent, there's nothing that parent can do. It may very well be what happened to Bill O'Reilly. Convince the kids to tell the judge he's an abuser, then live off of that cuck's salary for the rest of your life. Enjoy the benefits of marriage and none of the consequences, while he enjoys the consequences and none of the benefits. Marriage = Bulslhit!

I just want to point out that the real number is almost certainly way higher than this. In our bullshit, racist, sexist, and draconian court system, the vast majority (like 80 something percent) of crimes end in a plea bargin. The problem with plea bargins is that they are given under duress. When a prosecutor offers you a plea deal, he is telling you "if you don't sign this deal I am going to fucking do my best to sentence you to a much longer term". And you're under the physical duress of sudd…

He didn't kill her, bro, and yeah he definitely would be in the wrong if he did. He needed to shut her up and make sure she understood that he wasn't having it. If he pussied up and tried to handle this "more civilly" then she might've fought back and that wouldn't've taught her the lesson; he needed to put this bitch in her place quickly and effectively and that's what he did. Her responsibility, her fault. She provoked the confrontation. lol
/r/PussyPassDenied30/03/17 12:35 AM

False equivalency. Beating someone to death for acting up goes way too far and is not remotely comparable with giving one solid uppercut.

Bitch would still be slapping people if the driver was a wuss. This driver taught her a lesson that the pussy pass approving legal culture wouldn't. He, and many others issuing ppds, are reminding this girl that they've no right to not get hit if they are going to attack people. /r/PussyPassDenied27/03/17 04:10 AM

I'm a black male, so I can relate to this a bit. This is a false equivalency. It's a part of black culture to call one another "nigga" as you see in our social media feeds (i.e. /r/blackpeopletwitter). Hell, even white people using the phrase in hip hop, meme culture, comedy and whatnot isn't bad. But when a white person is aggressively calling you a nigger, that's different because of the history of the word. When a black calls another black nigger, that's just a part of our culture, even if th…

Unfortunately, while there is a pussy pass denied, there is also a pussy pass approved aspect to this story. This guy got fired and was later sentenced to 3 days in prison and a $1,000 fine. Also, from that article: "The punch was excessive, unwarranted and inappropriate,'' [the prosecutor] said after the hearing. "She never saw it coming.'' Fuck that! Yeah he pled guilty to the rape charge Let me take this moment to say that plea deals have absolutely nothing to do with whether or not you actually committed the crime. Plea deals are offered under duress; "he/she accepted a plea deal" is absolutely irrelevant to whether or not this person actually committed the crime. That's why any statistic asserting the prevalence of false/true rape accusations (or the rate of false arrests/accusations for any crime) is meaningless!

What do you guys think of traveling to different cities, maybe getting a facial makeover, and using a fake name to be able to avoid social stigma and getting baby-trapped? I wonder, is this immoral or a perfectly viable strategy in our current gynocentric culture?

If you can prove that, then she should be seeing them 0, not 3, times a year. And the bullshit family court system still lets her see them. The family court system is GARBAGE!

If you have an unexplained, unexcused absence because of some holiday then you should get fired. That's basic employee accountability and expectations, which is what equality is all about.

Not an answer, but I just have to say -- you have four kids and you (if you're a full time single father) didn't get fucked over in family court. You're very lucky!

It's not fair to say that "we should have a day because they have one", because historically we haven't had to undergo the same struggles. We've undergone more struggles. We fought in the wars. We built civilization, physically and philosophically. We built technology. All of these fields predominately male. This is all so petty. So is women's day by that logic!

Well they should make zero alimony and zero child support if no fault is proven.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/03/17 02:42 PM

Actually, there's a very strong son preference in India and IIRC marital rape is not a crime. So they've got two sides of equality to catch up on.

Wow, thanks for sharing, this is quite a story. If I were to undergo embarrassment, physical pain, ostracism (you were probably disliked by other teachers and students after this) all for tolerating physical assault... then that kind of anger would drive me insane.

/r/PussyPassDenied28/02/17 03:40 AM

I'm sure there's another side to the story; every story has two sides. Also, unless there's video evidence (which even then is imperfect), we'll never know for sure what really happened. I was writing my comment under the assumption that that was an accurate portrayal.
/r/PussyPassDenied28/02/17 02:09 AM

I'm sure you think I'm a bitch. And I don't give a fuck about your retarded, apologist, mangina opinion of me! For Christ's sake, this is the exact mentality this entire subreddit is in opposition to!

I'm calling her a bitch because she's a bitch. Nothing to do with the fact that she's a minor or a woman or anything else. Chill out bro. This sub is clearly too much for sjw idiots like you to handle.

If you think about it, this probably was written by a woman because men wouldn't use the girl's bathroom. Even women are learning the lesson!

Why is it his responsibility to not be violent if she doesn't have one? She started the fight. She provoked his emotions. She is responsible for what happens to her up until he's delivering a beatdown and a haymaker =/= beatdown.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/02/17 11:46 PM

Rejoicing in the brutality of children. No, idiot, I'm rejoicing in a bitch getting what's coming to her. And I am fucking proud of it. You're on the wrong subreddit if you have this mindset.

/r/PussyPassDenied27/02/17 11:43 PM

You beat them until the threat is neutralized. It's their responsibility to not provoke you into having to neutralize them, not your responsibility to restrain yourself. /r/PussyPassDenied27/02/17 11:41 PM

We rejoice in cunts getting what's coming to them, not necessarily children hitting in each other. And this video is appropriate because it shows a cunt getting what's rightfully coming to her. Just settle down there, boy.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/02/17 11:39 PM

Oh my god. That enrages me just reading this, I can't imagine going through all that. The school system is run by a bunch of manginas and feminists, fuck them. Just remember that you're not alone, there are many real men like me who will always stand by people like you.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/02/17 11:38 PM

Fortunately, if you look at the top comments of the video, then it seems that even mainstream culture is getting the lesson. They're showing their support for this poor guy. That's great! We're winning!
/r/PussyPassDenied27/02/17 11:36 PM

That guy is a traitor to manhood. There's a special place in hell for men who condemn their own brothers!
/r/PussyPassDenied27/02/17 11:34 PM

The law is run by manginas and feminists who are eager to throw men in prison for profit. In their mind, he is a condemnable bastard for not walking away, when she is completely blameless despite starting the altercation. "Why didn't you just walk away?" Tell that to the person who starts the fight. I stand by this guy. But the law doesn't. Sad!
/r/PussyPassDenied27/02/17 11:32 PM
1

You neutralize the threat. She has a responsibility to not attack him because he's stronger; and if she doesn't abide by this responsibility she should get hit back. By teaching women "oh we're gonna be wussies if we have to fight you back and will be gentle" you are teaching them "We're not going to punish you for bad decisions", and when you don't punish people for bad decisions you encourage those bad decisions!
/r/PussyPassDenied27/02/17 11:29 PM

This is exposing female hypocrisy; it isn't the denial of a pussy pass. It may have a place in some other antifeminist or mens right sub but not this one. While this post is unrelated to this sub it is correct. I don't hit because they're significantly smaller than me. That's all the more reason why they shouldn't be hitting you. That's common sense, but if they're so stupid that this fact is lost on them then knock some sense into them.
/r/MensRights24/02/17 07:31 PM
1

We should hit them back and show them that we will deny womanhood as an excuse to be violent. That will teach them that they shouldn't be violent. It's a vicious cycle -- you, and our culture's, hesitance to attack women and this "I couldn't live with myself" mindset -- that is exactly why women have no problem attacking men. If we started hitting back that'd teach them not to hit. If we retain this "well don't hit her ever" attitude that'll teach them to hit. Sad!
/r/MensRights24/02/17 07:05 PM

/r/PussyPassDenied24/02/17 05:20 PM

Secondly, it's not his responsibility to restrain himself after what she does to him. If he administered a beatdown or a series of punches that'd go to far but it was one punch,. You mess with the bull, you get the horn. Men should be doing this so that woman should be discouraged from starting violence in the first place! If he did nothing then he's teaching her that she can hit him without consequence -- and that's perpetuating the exact culture that this sub is fighting against. 0:43 onwards …

I disagree. This is a pussy pass being denied; she expected that he wouldn't do fucking shit to her if she hit him because "men don't do that" and all that garbage. He proved her wrong. Pussy pass denied! men are inherently stronger. Yes. But FFS, that is all the more reason -- not all the less -- why women should not attack them in the first place! Yeah he is stronger than her. Which is all the more reason why she should not hit him. Don't hit people stronger than you (i.e. most women to most same-aged men)! And no this is an example of a pussy pass you concern troll. She expected her pussy pass to allow her to not be counterattacked when she hit him. He proved her wrong and he denied her pass. When you get attacked you get angry and emotional so he was in the right. Now if he gave a beatdown that'd be different but this was one punch. I d…

then its allowed in my view, extremem emotional distress is unavoidable. Okay, so you seem to be saying that extreme emotional distress is an excuse for actions. Well that guy was sitting in front of national TV being attacked. I've been attacked in schools before and it, esp. when you're in front of other people, makes you very angry and emotionally distressed -- your nerves tingle. What, you automatically believe people who are on PPD have anti-female sexism and are automatically incapable of having a balanced and rational view of the world? The other side is already being acknowledged in mainstream mangina culture -- the purpose of these pro-male subs is to acknowledge the largely-unacknowledged side because no one in mainstream culture acknowledges it. Why the fuck should we acknowledge them when they ignore and ridicule us? I know, that's an extreme metaphor but still the family court system is a mangina-run shitstorm.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/17 04:36 PM
14

This is something men need to be taught. If you are a man, then you are massively disadvantaged in the legal system with regards to sex (and in general too because women get far less time). Most men who get fucked over in the legal system don't learn about the misandry inside it until after it ruins their loves.
/r/MensRights23/02/17 04:35 PM
10

It's sexist bullshit that treats men as potential rapists who are below their instincts. I'm a man who is well on top of his instincts but mainstream culture doesn't consider me as such. Being so goddamn condescending to men and then wondering why they are turning away from mainstream culture.
/r/MensRights23/02/17 04:32 PM
10

Imagine if I taught black people not to steal from white people. That is the equivalent of teaching men not to hit women (and that's a precise metaphor because blacks commit more crimes against blacks than they do whites, and men attack other men more than they do women).
/r/MensRights23/02/17 04:30 PM

And she's almost certainly going to get away with it. She should do the time he'd have done if she told the truth. And feminists and manginas wonder why people are turning away from their bullshit narrative that all rape accusers are truth-tellers. Sad!
/r/MensRights23/02/17 04:29 PM

In these idiots views, a not guilty verdict is a failure of the legal system. Judges who care about innocent until proven guilty are about to be gone, so due process is going away. Sad!

Low birth rates are not the problem with relation to what? Or are you saying they are not a problem? Your wording is a bit unclear. And frankly, as long as the family court system is as it is now, I am more than happy to know that men are not dealing with the family court system. Plus, relative to a long time ago, there is a lot more fun and passion to have in life.

Is that culturally considered to be the best children type?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/17 04:15 PM

To be honest, boy. As a man, I think it'd be easier to raise and there'd be less challenges, but I'd still love and cherish any female daughter I'd have. Admittedly I think most people, if they had to answer this question, would prefer a child of the same sex as them.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/17 04:14 PM
3

The treatment and manipulation of men by the family court system is a property crime. And your wages will get garnished or you get thrown in jail if you don't comply with that property crime. So in reality the mafia and family court aren't as distinguishable as one might think.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/17 03:18 PM
6

I believe that's true. Marriage and having children does civilize young men and make them less likely to commit crime. But I'd deal with the fucking mafia long before I'd ever be willing to deal with the family court system.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/17 06:51 AM

I believe it was to gain public attention and probably to turn people against SJWs. Fortunately, even if it was fake, from the time we thought it was real we did learn a lesson about why you should be careful with your online identities. I'm a person trolling feminists on the male equivalent of Tumblr. You think I have a lot of IQ points?! I'm flattered, but no!
/r/PussyPassDenied10/02/17 02:03 AM
1

It's almost as if feminists and manginas are illogical and unintelligent! Oh, wait.............................................................
/r/PussyPassDenied10/02/17 02:02 AM

Yeah she should've been hit back but that was too far.
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 11:30 AM

Men cannot become super-analytical and, to the point where they can be exact to the point where they can avoid being a "little" excessive, determine exactly how far they need to go. When you're attacked, you sort of panic and try to do what you can; you can't be an ultra-rational agent and determine exactly what physical attack you should use to end the situation. Combine this with anger and stress and the guy was far from in the wrong.
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 10:23 AM
2

Solution: just go to /r/pussypassdenied/new, contribute to anything you find, and enjoy this sub for what it is rather than deal with this drama.
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 10:03 AM

but i thought they were raising "men", not menginas
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 09:59 AM

That is true; since guys are stronger and taller than most girls, it is a similar principle to the idea that large bullies beating up small nerds is more taboo than typical fights. But I still disagree with your defense of the cunt in the vidoe.
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 09:58 AM
1

(Disclaimer: not as red pilled as most of the sub, I do agree that there is a greater duty of restraint on guys because they are stronger. But I still disagree with your post.) It is very difficult to be anywhere near as highly rational and super-analytical as you are when you are being attacked. You go into a sort of panic where you can't think that fast, and you're emotionally angry because you're dealing with someone who's pissed you off and is demonstrated to be a threat. Guy didn't commit a…
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 09:57 AM

Solution: teach everyone not to hit anyone outside of defense. Violence is wrong. I get that guys have a greater burden of restraint because they're stronger and usually more violent (testosterone), but you should teach everyone not to hit anyone.
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 09:54 AM

The lack of basic analytical skills and IQ points in those idiots is astounding. It's fucking ridiculous that these people can be this blind to such blatant hypocrisy.
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 09:53 AM
26

The idiocy and blindness of the people screaming the guy down after this video (the "never hit a girl" bullshit) perfectly espouses society's gynocentrism and blindness. Like seriously, the onlookers in this video are a perfect microcosm of exactly the kind of cultural attitude that this sub is fighting against. If you don't want to get hit by a guy, then don't hit a guy. If you hit someone you better fucking be ready to hit back.
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 09:52 AM

I'm an MRA/PPD sympathizer but this isn't equality. Men and women aren't equal in physical strength; hell, the height and strength disparities of this teacher and this cop demonstrate it. If a 4ft tall man attacks a 6.5ft tall man with his full force, is the 6.5ft tall man justified in responding with his full force? Now yes, this teacher should've been countered and arrested, but the cop using his full force to slap her was too far. Generally, cops should only attack when restraining is not an …

I've googled it and that seems to be the case
/r/PussyPassDenied09/02/17 09:46 AM

Well this isn't exactly Newton's Third Law. Newton's Third Law means equal reaction. Honestly, the cop's slap was too forceful and felt vindictive; the woman should've been slapped and restrained but that was a bit too hard. I believe legally, the general thing is that you should only use violence against threats that cannot be restrained; otherwise it's retribution, and this slap was retribution.

I agree. Reddit is now becoming the MRA equivalent of Tumblr.
/r/PussyPassDenied08/02/17 05:07 AM

Correct the record. It's an (alleged) campaign by Hillary Clinton and other leftists to manipulate public opinion on Reddit by posting bullshit comments with high upvotes to manipulate the appearance of popular opinion; it's most often cited as a conspiracy theory type explanation for why Reddit (especially /r/politics) is so fucking liberal (sometimes as a joke, sometimes seriously).

Wanted to take a break from all this drama and bullshit and just get back to what this sub is: shitposts, videos and demonstrating equalities. And what better way to do that than to shitpost?!

The mods stated that they were the targets of doxxing and that one of the mods got fired from his real life job. As it turns out, that was all a lie designed to evoke sympathy, notoriety and drama.

/r/PussyPassDenied08/02/17 03:33 AM

Also, a side note: prenups are bullshit. If you are unwilling to get married without a prenup then you sure as fuck shouldn't get married with one because prenups are garbage that do nothing. They've been dismissed and thrown out for bullshit reasons all the time. It's a sad state we live in now; neither getting prenups nor avoiding marriage will keep you from getting fucked over in divorce court.

Hey Mustaka, it sucks this happened and I wish you the best in recuperating. Thank you for not giving in, you're a hero. Do you have any anti-doxxing tips you can give to the rest of us? What can we do to prevent what happened to you from happening to us?

Ask her why people aren't hiring only women if the wage gap is true.
/r/MensRights06/02/17 06:38 AM

Exactly. If women are truly giving employers the exact same economic value for no valid reason other than ma patriarchy, then I swear to god I'd only ever hire female employees. I'd undercut the fuck out of all my competitors.
/r/MensRights06/02/17 06:37 AM

Fuck these doxxers. All they are proving is that they are so afraid of us that they need to stoop so low. I sincerely wish all of you guys the best of luck and hope this situation can be resolved.

Unfortunately it appears he was guilty after all Accepting a plea deal is a bullshit metric for guilt. Plea deals are accepted because in terms of cost-benefit analysis, they are easier than going to trial even if you're innocent. It's stressful and painful to go through a trial. Plus, the police are manipulative and you may not fully know how the legal system works.

A concern troll is a person who poses as a potential or actual supporter of you in a debate or in an inquiry, but in reality is just a critic in disguise. Currently, people who are claiming to be fans of this sub are mouthing off concerns -- they try to spin them as polite suggestions but they are really just criticisms meant to troll and divide us. This sub is also facing tone policing as well.

"You are a cunt "-- this is just an extremely heavy insult, it is not sexist. It is calling out people who are cunts, not people who have 1. Point me to one well upvoted post or comment on this sub that can be reasonably interpreted as demonizing all women in general. And it happens to men all he time when they are taught not to hit or rape women. That is alienating and condescending af and you getting salty at the tables being turned on women is hypocritical

The phrase bitch/cunt is used for shock value; the fact that people like you are taken aback by it is proof that it works. It is not about sexism, it's about shitty people, and it's inevitable you will hear these words on this sub when this sub is all about shitty people. 3) Many of the comments are hyperbolic …

After that 50/50 article that popped up on /r/mensrights a while back, I am convinced that these articles on the daily mail are a parody. A comedy. A troll. To be honest, I don't believe that someone writing a paper like this can be that stupid. I really, really don't -- this has to be written with a parody/comedy mindset in mind. It's easier for me to believe that this is trollbait than it is to believe that a writer for a big tabloid like TDM can be this stupid.

I believe it's more of a "risk you shouldn't take" than a "0% chance" thing. I don't believe they directly state AWALT -- I believe their issue is the difficulty in determining if a woman is like that before it is too late.

MGTOW has a lot of guys who are "involuntarily celibate" but would like you to think that it's actually by choice. Well what complicates this judgement is the fact that they are not trying to be non-celibate. So is it truly involuntary? I mean if they were trying and failing then yeah incel, but if they aren't just not trying, but actively going out of their way to avoid trying, then calling them an incel is an odd judgement.

(Probably about to get brigaded). Listen, I am an MRA and MGTOW sympathizer (I'm a MGTOW myself), but the whole "women are less violent" thing is not true. Yes, it is true that female violence and female immorality is downplayed and excused. Ironically, some call themselves "Women Against Feminism". I know, the men are getting hurt much harder by this, but these crazy entitled bitches don't care about men. Educating women about sexual responsibility. "I was misled by the man who lied about his income" is NOT a justification for rape. The woman is self-entitled and full of herself if she considers it to be rape -- and frankly, if she refuses to accept responsibility after this argument is presented to her, then I suppose it's not worth arguing with her since her chance of having her mind changed seems low. And yeah there's nothing we'd be able to do about the resentment it causes (in fact, her refu…

Even if she is so self-entitled that she considers herself a rape victim, it's still perceived as unfair (and rightly so) by men. Between being a mistake and being deliberate, the resentment it creates among men is still there.

Then that's contributing to the same problem. Women are adults who, this is a defining trait of adulthood -- are morally and legally responsible for their decisions. To say that women can retroactively nullify consent is saying they do not have the capacity to be held responsible for their own actions (as men are), and subsequently state that they are not mature, and that is definitively sexist to both sexes is it not? Sexist to men over the higher burden, sexist to women because it is the soft …

Yeah but women don't give a shit. Perhaps they will if they understand how this hurts their own sisterhood.

A way of illustrating to MRAs who aren't familiar with this consequence of false rape accusations And in the hope that there are some intelligent women who will take it to heart, because a backlash to this stuff by women will be much more effective than a backlash against it by men

Valid points. Men are also victimized, but I don't think feminists care. They love guilty until proven innocent. I believe that by explaining how this hurts the sisterhood, we have a better chance of getting through their thick skulls. "You're harming innocent men!" ...Eh, goes feminism. "You're harming female victims!" I believe the latter has a better chance of appealing to them. Referring more to (actual) WomenAgainstFeminism when I say "true feminist". I am referring to women who simply want…

Exactly. Give men genuine reasons to dislike real rape victims, and then portray it to other women as misogynistic by leaving out the real cause of why it was legitimized in the first place. This subsequently equals more radical feminists, and more cancer on society. :( Side note: just realized that this is literally out of an ISIS playbook. ISIS, with their activities, creates anti-Islamic sentiment. This sentiment subsequently causes resentment from peaceful Muslims, who then join ISIS, despit…

And you create a talking point for mass immigration, and therefore migrant crisis.

And furthermore, you are destroying your civilization. False rape accusations and the "guilty until proven innocent mentality" that seem to flow with them justify MGTOW. So now you have less men having kids, which means there are less taxpayers, so you have the demographic winter and the inverted pyramid, and society collapses.

Women deliberately do this on a regular basis… and largely get away with it legally. I guess that's just another example of the patriarchy.

Yeah, but feminists would scream that they want them in prison. Their anger and outrage would consume them -- they'd be livid to the point that they'd overlook "innocent until proven guilty" (which, like false rape accusations, is something they always do).

This is appalling. So after many years, the mother would develop a bond with the wrong child, and society views that as atrocious and needing a 1mil Euro settlement. But fathers are scammed deliberately on a regular basis, and they're like, "well you developed a bond with the child so too bad so dad". This is what is responsible for the rise of MGTOW. It legitimizes the male resentment of paternity and dating, which means people have less kids, then you have the inverted pyramid of ages on a dem…

Not to mention, with the welfare state, the consequences of being a terrible mother have been largely subsidized haven't they?

Back then, think of all the men who would have no recourse for determining paternity fraud back then! Imagine how many men died totally unaware that they were scammed!

Indeed, good question, I wonder how this worked back during the low-tech parts of the early 20th century and the centuries before it.

That's precisely my point. You are right, baby switching is far less egregious; but it would spark far more calamity than the more egregious and typical one.

That's appalling. To outright state that paternity is irrelevant to love and maternity isn't -- that is blatant sexism.

You're entitled to that opinion, but I would stand in my own

That is absolutely apalling! You have any articles explaining this shift of prey by the divorce industry?

I still hold that the concerns for MGTOW (alimony, child support, guilty-until-proven-innocent, legal fees etc.) are legitimate, but of course the misogyny and distrust of women within it isn't. I think these concerns are far to legitimate to call abstinence cowardice. We need to work to fix the system, and being a good marital partner is not fixing the system -- it's being independent of the system, which is good for you, but doesn't fix the system

Really? Why do you call it stupid in practice?

And people call MGTOW sexist...
