1	My Story: Had game, married, got complacent, got fat, lost all game, wife had affair, now want game again. Your Story sounds familiar. I've been in the same place (except the getting fat part). The most important thing is, if you're trying to pick up the same age range you did 7 years ago, it is much more difficult now. So aim lower (respectively higher in age range) and you should be fine. As for getting back in shape, just do it. Do push-ups every morning and evening, even if it's only two in the beginning. And cut out the contact to your Ex.
