Na, I have a good sense of my personal weaknesses and it seems to be an over-exaggeration of the mind towards any problems. Not looking for a quick fix. Looking for a method to help curb these over-exaggerations, maybe some kind of practice. Best way I could phrase was mental fortitude. Hard to describe this shit eh ;)

Having the same issues brother. Seem to be getting more of a response on my thread if you want to check it out. https://www.reddit.com/r/asktrp/comments/640u9k/mental_fortitude_how_to_improve/

Hi iHeartCapitalism, I have read a couple of these books. However when in a low energy state my mind tends to reject any of the advice learnt and any attempts to kick my brain into a good gear are then rejected. AKA I can't reason it back into a productive state. This is why i'm looking for some sort of mental practice to cultivate a stronger mind - not regress so easily.

Hi awkwardtouching, Cheers for the advise brah. Like I said in my post I practice mindfulness and this is a technique I use. However often times it feels like bucketing out water on a sinking ship or patching over the cracks. I'm looking for a way to strengthen the base.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
