Correct me if im wrong , but my take from this is: don't necessarily try to connect to your immediate optional social circle (for example - classmates) if you find no common ground with them, beside current life situation. Find your gig and expand from there.

What is your inner thinking when focusing on yourself toward idgaf? Wondering if that's an individual way of practice..

Can you give examples from your own experience? For taking the hard left

This is the result of your frame. It's up to you if you think it's a good/ bad thing. I keep thinking about this point. I tried connecting with the "cool kids" but they offer nothing worthy beside their large social circle( talk about mundane nonsense) , so moved back to the geeks. Maybe i still haven't figured completely the concept of frame.. Recommendation?

In what ways would you recommend to enhance my mental and spiritual strength? Is meditation enough? Any additional ways you can offer?

So while at work, other than normal work-talk, i would pay no attention to them? Stay minimal?

Question is, should i just keep not giving a fuck about those people who i don't care about and don't interest me? Or is part of the process IS to open up to people i wouldn't care before? Right now, i don't give a fuck about the lives of most people around me, so it's somewhat problematic to socialize.. Get me? Most of them do nothing productive with their life other than working all day, and just being with friends. Like they don't have a mission or recreation i could show interest about.

Ive only been to Crossfit for a few months, but i can trll you i enjoy it much more than gym. After few years gyming i got bored. In Crossfit the workout is different everyday with everlasting need for improvement in different skill. It's much more fun IMO

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
