Good on you, OP! Regardless of how your sister responds, remember that you're setting a healthy boundary and she's the problem if she doesn't respect it. No matter what, you're better off without that kind of toxicity in your life. Also, you are 100% right that there's nothing wrong with being male. Anyone who would make you feel that way is a sexist, regardless of how they justify it.

This feels like you’re moving the goalpost, because OP clearly wasn’t talking about laws. Obviously there are some laws that discriminate against men (having a penis meant I had to sign up for the draft), but we’re talking about non-legal discrimination. And quite frankly, misandry is widespread enough that it does create problems for men sometimes even if misandrists generally aren’t the ones in power. I think it’s sad people even need it explained to behavior like what OP described can end up …

Yeah idk where misandrists get these ideas from. Me and my friends have ousted guys from our groups simply for sexually harassing women; if a guy raped someone, I could easily see him getting his ass kicked.

That sounds like it’s own separate issue. Solving the male loneliness epidemic seems like it’s more about teaching boys that it’s okay to be vulnerable and hug their bros, so that men don’t even need women for things like emotional support.

Nah, you’re way off. The loneliness epidemic is about male socialization, and what it has done to men’s friendships. The reason women don’t have a similar struggle with loneliness is because they feel comfortable hugging their friends and confiding in them, while men have it beaten into their heads - sometimes literally - that there’s something wrong with being vulnerable like that. I’d say it’s socialization, meaning it’s nurture rather than nature. Men and women are raised to view things differently, so it’s more correct to blame our culture than our biology.
