The problem with scientific articles like this is that the word 'scientific' at the beginning magically validates it to many people, despite it: 1. Not using a control group 2. Being subject to selection bias 3. Using questionable methods to assess 'addiction' The truth is, you can find scientific 'proof' for nearly any argument these days on the internet - but it's best to stick to research from well respected journals.
