I started doing this when I first subscribed to this sub and my life has improved just from this alone. At first I had to taper down to 3-5 apologies per day. Now I apologize for nothing!!! I love it. People actually respond to me with now more respect than if I'd apologized.

Let's clear something up here: Cock-blockers are not your bros. Their "6 year friendship" was obviously just an acquaintance. A manly man would spot this and dump the fake friend.
