Excellent advice. This really leads to the next point of advice that I give people and has been covered here: Would you date you? That's important to remember. If you're boring, girls aren't gonna stick around. Neither will dudes who like to go out and do things instead of sitting on the couch drinking/ smoking / gaming / whatever other sedentary activity. Partying every day in the garage is not gonna do anything for you. Get out there and do something! Part of TRP training is to make yourself a…

you trying melatonin? maybe you just need 6. If you are consistently feeling like you aren't getting good sleep I would suggest two easy things (assuming you have insurance). -sleep study to confirm no apnea etc and get tested for food allergies - I found I was wheat and dairy intolerant at 35. In just a couple months of changing diet I felt WAY better in the AM. I also wake up same time no matter when I go to bed.

that is part of the problem. it's a slow bleed that can be hard to recognize smoking every day has some unfortunate side effects. many of which are things people in this forum are trying to fix or avoid.

that's a shitty thing if true.. smart girls turn me on.. It means that they have more than their pussy to get ahead in life... maybe a smart girl is less of a loser... They are in my opinion

Another thing besides alcohol is weed. Stop smoking so much fucking weed. A ton of people don't link the two and it blows my mind.

I would not spend this much on some new girl. $75 is way to much to be spending on someone new. I don't mind taking my girlfriend out every once in a while. I make a lot of money, she's broke and in med school. You are right though, and paying for women all the time sets a bad standard.

lol yeah either these other guys are poor or live in middle of nowhere. Definitely make the women pay up too don't get me wrong. They'll take advantage of that shit all day once they figure out they can. If you're quality they'll glady throw down.

If you can still count the amount of fights you've been in, you haven't been fighting much.. Enjoy your learning process. Even trained fighters know when to walk away from pointless confrontations.

and depending on where you are, it's a good way to start a confrontation. it's not necessary and a waste of effort.

Krav is about ending the conflict fast as possible. Including talking your way out. Seems most people forget that.

because most women aren't fun and most women don't actually do anything. they're usually someone's hanger-on or girlfriend and that's all they do... Rarely do I ever come across a woman who has hobbies and gets shit done, or live an interesting life. I have one female friend. I've known her since high school and never fucked her. Mainly because I don't find her attractive. Also she actually did something with her time like play in a band which was one thing that made her interesting.. she's not …

It's only a problem if it rules your life. It's pathetic it's such a consuming thing for people. I pretty much check FB when I take a shit or when my band puts up a flyer. That's it. If I spend more than 5 minutes on it my misanthropy goes through the roof. I almost immediately stop following people because it's always posts about their dinner or their fucking dog. People need some fucking hobbies.

Don't listen to this fool. Krav is great as it is applied martial arts. It's some of the best most realistic training you can get. It's a combo of several martial arts including BJJ and Muy Thai

Well said. I agree. Trophies give people a way to admire you. Helps with social setting and makes you look accomplished.

Haha if it males you feel better I don't have any of your problems and wouldn't mind it if a plane hit my building. I've also been on TRP for a while. It's amazing advice. I'm good looking and have great job and lots of cash etc but it all seems very empty. I just don't fucking care. I'm not drinking like you are and I still feel like "fuck it" most of the time.. The only thing that gets me through it is tomorrow is another day. It might be a good one. I'll hopefully do something productive like…

Lately I've been sorta dating (mainly just fucking) a pakistani girl I've known for a while. She loves white boys. She has said it herself. I think it's the exotic factor.

Lemme had two disgusting moles on his face. He got laid more than any of us will. He owned that shit. If he was self conscious he'd have them removed. We all can learn from lemme :) RIP!

No worries. I think it's an accurate term. I agree she was low hanging fruit. Not a take home to mom girl but she's fun. Perfect for my situation at that time. I'm open about all of it with everyone. It's entertaining. I'd absolutely do it again.

I own the house.. I figured having four empty bedrooms was a bit wasteful. This is house is one of three properties I own. His purpose there was just to keep the house occupied when I travel and provide some extra spending money for me. I spend a lot of money on motorcycle racing.

It was more like an opportunity. He's a loser who smokes weed and plays video games in his room ALL DAY. She got sick of it. Started coming down to the kitchen and hanging out. A month or two later we were drinking and it happened. Then it happened again. And again. I didn't pursue this girl. Douche bag was a loser and girl got tired of not getting fucked. Isn't this RP 101 type shit?

I did this recently. Roommate moved his girlfriend in. It didn't take long... Many of my friends were waiting for the other guy to kill us both. He never did. Never said a word to me. Some people are 100% pussy or secretly get off on it. He knew what was going on.

Welcome to the current state American girls... The majority of them are trash. Especially at your age. Like others have said, you need to change your hunting grounds. You won't be finding any unicorns in the party scene.

I have no gym bros. My coworkers are pale douche bag IT workers. I work at an IT company. Only way I was going to remain at this company was if I telecommute full time. I have the "dream job"

This hasn't proven true for me. I have a bunch of dude friends and two female friends. I've known them for a long time. None of these friend resources have resulted in females flocking. I also have problems approaching women. I feel very awkward. It shuts me down. I don't make small talk. My misanthropy is really hurting my ability to form any sort of game.

Exactly It's been said here many times to treat the woman like a child. If you do that and set limits there shouldn't be much of a problem.

Follow "A study" if you wish but it's not just for muscles.. Warming up gets the blood flowing, tendons, muscles, joints all get juiced up and ready to go. Professional athletes wouldn't be dicking around stretching if it wasn't good for them. I think that opinion may be valid for gym only people who just lift weights and go home.

It had a lot of wear and tear. I pitched in high school. I raced MX for years. By the time I was 30 I had pain when lifting my arms to climb a ladder and it hurt throwing anything. I'm good now. 100% mobility. I don't have the pitching arm I used to but it feels good. I can throw again and do everything else like normal. I had a good surgeon and did all the PT. It definitely took a while to heal but I was 30 when I got the surgery. Age = time when it comes to repairs.

This is good advice. I've been through the SLAP surgery. It sucked... I was on sidelines for months. Definitely give your muscles and joints some warm up time. I'm in mid 30s now and still active. Lift, sportbike racing, softball. I warm up before any of them. I even warm up before playing a show (guitar). Not a lot, just enough to get a little burn. I consider stretching to be like lubrication. Everything works better after you lube it up.
