blems I strongly suspect was due to low testosterone. And it's why TRP says lifting first and foremost. Good luck. Thanks.

What is your 1 rep max for squats and deadlifts? I know lifting is the number one thing everyone here has to do but I'm not right now, there is no gym near the place I live. I will however move out somewhere else and start lifting in 3 weeks, in the meantime, I'm working on my diet and starting to eat more (skinny fuck over here, 6'2 ft/130 pounds, I know, I know)

I believe it's not as much about courage as it is about fear of rejection and being judged by others. The only way out is through, you have to desensitise yourself to that fear. What I would suggest as a first step is to approach people (not just women) somewhere where you actually have something in common to talk about (game, dance class, gym, ...), then later on cold approaching when you're ready.

Yes, I do have insecurities that I'm very conscious about, still, this is definitely not just in my mind. It's a problem I want to fix, not just because other people might perceive me differently, but because it's something I'm doing for me. Just like lifting, the attention you get is nice but ultimately you're doing it for you.

Already saw that post but it's 3 years old and it's not the same problem I'm facing, the pitch of my voice is normal. Thanks for the advice though.

It seems to me that she's trying to get your attention (always assume attraction), the less her actions bother you the more it bothers her that you don't give a fuck about her or her shitty gatherings (abundance mentality), and I predict she'll start trying to get your attention otherwise.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
