yep, there was zero cause for her to be arrested. she was mouthy because she knew she was right that the cop was full of shit, I'd be just as non compliant once someone starts sticking my head in the sand when I'm being arrested for just being in proximity to unopened alcohol. she answered as many questions as she legally needed to and was staying with them for her aunt to come by. they escalated the situation entirely and if they were doing their job they would've just waited
