Good post, I just want to add Residential voltage can certainly kill you. Source: I’m an electrician. Just flip that breaker guys. It’s not worth it.

I’d like to wholeheartedly recommend doing your injections at home and having your same dosage but injecting more often. With Test E or Test C, the half-life is around 7 Days. With your current schedule you’re going to have massive peaks and valleys along with an E2 spike shortly after injection day. Dr.Crisler is on the cutting edge of TRT, I highly recommend seeking knowledge from his videos and articles. Sadly we have to guide our doctors into giving us a proper protocol, the endocrine system…

That’s a massive amount of Arimidex man. Your E2 is bound to be crashed out to zero (also bad). ?

Hopefully the pink eye is from eating ass ... like a boss. Haha really though, that sucks. Have you been medically diagnosed with “low T”? If not, get yourself to a regular urologist doc, not a clinic and have blood-work done (while your T is crashed out). Insurance should cover injections.

NMMNG recommends weekend trips away by yourself and time alone for this very reason. Men need a mental reset from constantly considering (or guessing) the wants of others to appease them. Decent field report but I understand the beating you’re getting from the OGs here, this is elementary level stuff. I believe it adds a bit of value for new guys though.

If anything, I would take .25 (1/4 of a 1mg pill) twice per week for 1 week just to knock that estradiol down while the Clomid is leaving your system. That’s half a pill total. Aromatase inhibitors are grossly underestimated in my opinion. Once again, I’m no doctor. Listen to your body first and make educated decisions based on research. The work of Dr. John Crisler and also Jay Campbell have been a major help to me.

Hi, I’m no expert but I have learned a lot from my journey in getting my hormones squared away. Anastrozole is a hell of a drug. People respond to it very differently. Your estradiol could easily be crashed out on even a tiny dose and that feels as bad as low T. You are right to be skeptical. You should definitely return for bloods. Would you tell me how much anastrozole he wants you taking? (Being that you are no longer on Clomid or testosterone injections, my personal suggestion is don’t take …

Jennifer Anniston ? I know it’s subjective but at 40 she was still very hot. She’s 48 now and begging to show a bit more age. She’s a fringe outlier, for sure.

Just out of curiosity, what is your drug of choice? I’ve had/have struggles of my own. It’s a coping mechanism and really a pacifier for a grown man. I am the standard sad story of recieving injury-take opiates for pain-realize they kill mental pain and make everything more enjoyable-begin using recreationally-dance with the devil on the razors edge of addiction.

Bro, fuck Clomid (in my opinion, ymmv) see my reply to SteelToeShitKicker in his OYS. I “tried it” for almost 3 years. Wish I would have known how much better the needle would make me feel. Would have done that to begin with.

You’ll never regret ditching that clomid. I was an emotional wreck while on it. It had me so clouded I let it go on way longer than I should have. Get on the juice, it’s what your body is looking for anyway. Clomid has estrogenic properties that cause issues for some folks. Be sure your doc gets you on a proper protocol. None of that every 2 weeks garbage. (Unless you’re across the pond and have access to longer Esters but now I’m rambling) Best luck.

Jordan B Peterson lectures are worth every second you spend listening. He’s entertaining and he distills complex and abstract concepts into something more easily understood. Jung and Nietzsche extracted knowledge and interpretations like you wouldn’t believe.

I watch this and don’t notice anything wrong, and then I see the critiques of body language, voice tonality/speech etc and can’t help but imagine how fucked I would be. I cringe thinking of seeing myself recorded in an interview. Something to improve and kill my ego with, I suppose. Thanks for your courage and giving up anonymity.

Yep that's that I was suspecting. I want to "blast and cruise" but I'm pretty unsure about any UGL out there. Need more research I guess.

TRT (for those who are deficient and cannot improve by changing the standard lifestyle factors) .... TRT is the shit. I love it. I'm interested in knowing why/how you ended up with a vial of bunk testosterone and injected yourself? Scary.

What would you say was the most influential reading material that you implemented? The one that broke you out of the second guessing and inaction. Great post btw.

If you'd split that up into 100mg per week or 50 mg twice per week you'll have far less of a rollercoaster effect and the estrogen response will be less.

May I ask what your protocol looks like? I just started TRT and I'm trying to compare notes.

Iron John is complex and very deep. It's almost written in "parables" to where one may draw meaning from the stories as it applies to oneself. Thanks, I look forward to reading when you're done.

Get that Low T handled, Bro. You must. I was at 295 and felt like a had a weighted vest on every day. Legs were tired and sore daily. Super depressed. I even had suicidal thoughts for no apparent reason. My doctor treated me with Clomid (to retain fertility) I'm 28. Clomid Spurs your body into producing its own testosterone. It worked too well (T went to 1,150) and we lowered the dose. Fixing that issue greatly improved my quality of life. I really respect you for making it to the gym and making…

TFA, great reply. Could you share your opinion/elaborate on that last sentence. The one about others around you being in your frame. What happens when two Men of strong frame spend time together? Is that Man in your frame? Do you visit each others frames to gain perspective, or is there a mutual respect there and certain boundaries are kept? Sort of like an old western film, where everyone was tough as nails with a gun on their hip, choosing words carefully and thoughtfully.

It could just be me, or the area that I live in, but I find people to be pretty standoffish around the neighborhood. Reluctant or private may be a better way to describe it.

I support you 100%. Keep doing what you're doing. Men building bridges for each other is the only way we can revive our birthright; our masculinity. Everyone must walk their own path, but iron sharpens iron. Men have always built up other men. Most of our fathers and grandfathers were led astray. We can break that cycle now. Best wishes to you in whatever direction you take.

Ive been toying with this idea. I have to leave for work at 5:30AM. Gym opens at 4:30. No excuses there. That's my hour of lifting , like a bonus hour. I just have to hit the bed a little earlier.

You may be on to something. I think their constant talk of TV and sports puts me off. Nothing draws me in because it's without substance. Some of these guys work 60+ hours a week and schedule their meager vacation days to watch football on TV. They spend themselves into debt on junk. Drink cheap beer and eat bad food. I don't mean to say I'm "better" than these men, I just want different things in my life and focus on more rewarding pastimes. I do know the drill =)

I have found myself having issues in the past , not following through with projects etc. knowing what I have to do and how easy it would be , just not doing it to completion. ADD , self sabotage, fear of success, not believing i deserve it. Could be any of these. Thought provoking reply, thanks.

What were you able to do to get beyond the "never make a mistake" mentality. I find I have this as well. It has pushed me to excel at times, but it's no way to live. The worst part is analysis paralysis. example: workout routine must be perfect and form perfected or else I'll be fucking up in the gym/wasting my time.

This really is a great place. I know it's just "online" and I need a good mentor IRL, but you taking the time to ponder my situation and type out that reply is pretty damn special. I look forward to overcoming this bullshit. I had an alcoholic/depressed father who was angry at the world, played victim. Mother was detached. I learned from an early age to rely only on myself. In his absence I turned to PUA and fitness. Later the Manoshere as it evolved. That has been quite some time ago. Probably …

We are "blue collar" skilled workers. Paid well. So this isn't a corporate PC type situation. Fuck, goddamn, shit and bitch are regular speech in meetings or break room. It's a very open and masculine place. So when I do put someone in check, there are few restrictions.

Just received a promotion due to skills I possessed before coming there. This took me out of shift work and the herd for 9 weeks of special training before returning to shift. Also a 10% raise. Jealousy is likely the motive of the crabs in a bucket effect.

Lol thank you for your reply. I will make an appointment in the next week. I should mention I was diagnosed with low T during a spell of heavy drinking/depression (which came first?) and prescribed Clomid , the 25mg dose every 3rd day got my T levels in the low 700s. (28years old) I suspect hormonal swings due to dosage. I'm horny as hell and get rage/ high blood pressure.

Thanks for the reply, and for calling on our resident Doctor. Total honesty, lifting has fallen off since the beginning of the year. The increased "New Years resolution" crowd really fucks with me and the anxiety thing. Driving past the neighborhood gym and seeing a full parking lot kills me.

Thanks, brother. I don't want to be put on meds that may or may not kill my sex drive or turn me into a Zombie. Reading symptoms and whatnot and seeing how it's in cycles, I suspect Bi-Polar / Manic Depressive. I have spells ranging between charismatic and outgoing/optimistic then later reclusive and depressed.
