1	This Exercise Makes You Irresistible This is solid advice. I've also done this kind of 'going back to your inner child' to forgive my younger self for not knowing better about a certain traumatic situation I was going through at the time. That's how I was able to move passed it and forgive myself and stop hurting myself mentally and physically about it.
