A buddy of mine posted a different clip of this recording a few months ago that got some good responses. Here's another clip from the same recording, I think some people here will really enjoy it! Please let me know what you think and I'd love to continue a discussion on this topic here...

Nice job Duke, I think you nailed it here with your last line: "if you're in an unwavering good mood it shines through and what you say matters way less than how you're saying it." I believe that where you are coming from, from the inside out, is ultimately the only thing that matters. Beyond the mindset of openers (as you're getting at in the end of this comment), where you are coming from will determine everything you say, everything you feel, and everything she feels in your communication. As…

Thanks for the sub and I definitely appreciate your feedback to think about and improve the quality of the material in the future!

Yes, that's what I mean. Nobody likes a bragger, I don't respect the act of bragging. So I simply say, don't brag--in Germany or wherever. It's not what a man does. It's not about getting vagina--that's secondary. It's about respecting yourself as a man.

Social acceptance aside, is bragging about yourself desirable anywhere? What do you think of other men who brag about themselves?

Hey Jeff, thanks for the insights--like you point out, in this video I was definitely hitting at the point that we can overcome our anxiety when we appreciate that we are more than our thoughts. I don't think it's crazy to judge another person for their physical appearance though. We are human, after all, and judging is what we tend to do as humans. We are also men, and as men we want to gravitate toward women who we judge as sexually attractive. That's perfectly fine. It's when we let our own j…

I'm the guy in the video. My friend told me he shared the video on reddit and said there's a good conversation going on about it. This is the first time I'm participating on reddit, so I'm very new. I'll make a second video. Should I post the link here to stay on topic or am I supposed to start a new thread? I'd also like to join the discussions, as there are some great conversations going on. Any help on how to start would be appreciated, thanks Alias!

Hey Alias, this video was trimmed down from a much longer discussion (to the cameraman) to stay on topic, and I went more into organic connection & chemistry later on. Would you be interested if I created and uploaded the part on that as well?

Thanks Jeff. What Jeff said is spot-on in what I'm talking about in this video. This is mindfulness, not necessarily meditation... though the term "meditation" covers a very wide spectrum. (The Dalai Lama has said that he believes the best form of meditation is good sleep.) I don't practice meditation, so I can't comment on how to meditate. To be mindful, however, start becoming aware of your thoughts, your beliefs, your inner dialogue as it happens throughout the day--exactly like Jeff is sayin…
