I think it's after 30. I cannot critique your workout because I do not know what your goal is. Build muscle? I wouldn't do lat pulldowns with bench. I like to split pull days and push days. Push: squats, bench, dips, triceps, shoulder's press. Pull: lat pulldowns, back, biceps, deadlifts, etc.
