3	I need help with staying outgoing and talkative. Any advice/good books ? That's great that you've been initiating conversations with strangers. That's a difficult task for anyone. As an introvert myself, I often get frustrated with myself when I'm not excited or interested in conversing with other people. And then, it snowballs. I completely become disharmonious with them and the conversation. It's draining and it makes me question my own value.
