This is where some of the RSD material comes in handy. If nothing else, they're masters at this kind of shit.. lol And you can see it when they're on stage. They can talk endlessly about nothing https://youtu.be/LKAvQYCKhhM

You can abstain for months. It doesn't mean you're coming at anyone like a horny demon.. That energy gets transmuted into your overall game. Humor, confidence, tone of voice, eye contact, etc. And yeah, its night and day. If I'm jerking off every second day, which does happen, you're just numb. Not even just women, but everything. Music doesnt hit the same, simple things that would normally give you a hit of dopamine do nothing. It's like when you've been scrolling through 500 tabs on the intern…

Well, obviously people have varying levels of frequency In which they watch porn. The thing is, a lot of people don't realize how much It's affecting them because that's all they've known for their entire lives. I was the same way. You don't really know for sure how good you could possibly be until you've gone at least a few months, no edging / no porn..and just completely detox sexually. One month isn't enough, and especially not if you're edging and still watching porn. Anything you're trying …

yup, thats where you fked up. Edging / watching porn is almost even worse, you're draining a LOT of mental energy / dopamine..and triggering that reward response In spite of not ejaculating. Need to not watch any kind of porn at all, or even stimulate the brain with any sexual images / nudity at all. Edging kills any kind of benefit you receive In my experience, It doesn't change much. It's when you cut it out completely that you start to feel It. Also, 1 month is great..and you should be feelin…

I'm going to call bullshit on that one. You can notice a difference even within a few days, sounds like you're just not in tune with your body enough. Or perhaps you didn't ejaculate, but still wasted your mental energy every day looking at pictures / thinking about sexual scenarios constantly. That's just as bad honestly. The whole point of the concept is that It's a sexual detox / fast. That said, one month Is not nearly enough time.

Haha, I don't think they really do. 'sexual transmutation' has been practiced for thousands of years, far before the trend of "nofap" even existed. If anything, those people aren't aware of how far It really goes because they're not fully aware of themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually In the same way an aware, conscious, Intelligent, and spiritually driven human would be. The benefits of this energy when directed In the right places of our life Is profound and without words…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
