Not always. Most multivitamins have a fuck all dose of Vitamin D. Something small usually like 500ius. There have been studies where you can take up to 10k IU without harm. Most doctors tell their patients who are deficient to take 2-5k at first and taper down. So 500 if you're low is going to do fuck all. Ideally the best solution is to be in the sun more.

The issue is that she said his rental checks out and everything is okay and THEN she asks him a question which he has no obligation in answering. She follows it up with abuse. I'd probably have just answered and I don't think this was a PPD but she was still a bitch from what is seen in the video.
