18	Why women tend to defend ladies when there's conflicts between men and women: women's in-group bias is much stronger than men's. Men care less about "now". They care about "future", ideas. Therefor when you share plans/theories you are more likely to get men's support. Women will just call you "insecure child and dreamer". But when you are complaining - you are likely to get women support as they "feel" "now" instead of "future". The biology that actually gave humanity progress and discoveries. "liberate them" from themselves. There is nothing to fix in men. Some men commit crimes, there are cops for that. That's it. He does not promote, he shows what men and women really need. Men are riskier on average. They live for a chance, for future. That's how civilisation was built - through risks. Some of men failed, some of men made discoveries or launched startups. Somebody had to risk, evolution chose men. It just could not choose women. Women hate risks on average, they like safety.
