3	He ain't wrong The majority of individuals in the upper echelons of corporate America tend to be of European or Jewish ancestry. Using your reasoning, does that mean that Europeans and Jews are inherently more talented and intelligent than African-Americans, who are underrepresented in higher corporate positions relative to their population? It's all about who you know, not what you know. Or even demographic attributes like race/gender.
