1	In France its ILLEGAL to make a DNA test by father. If you try to make a DNA test secretly you will face a year in prison and a 15,000 € fine. So you stay the legal father even if the wife cheated. I have an idea for a compromise: make partenity tests legal only before the father signs the birth certificate.
