My situation wasn’t the same as yours was, but sometimes not going all the way gets you much more in the long run. If she’s someone you want that to happen with. When I first met my ex wife, we met at a coffee shop in the afternoon, then later that night she came over to my place. We made out a lot off and on, there was a ton of grinding and groping, tit sucking, and eventually we were down to our underwear (she kept her bra and tank top on). I tried to go down on her and take off her panties at…

Exactly….I made a long ass comment on this post about that exact thing happening with my ex wife the first day we met. Pushing boundaries too much gets them to push away. But there’s variables we don’t know, so that maybe or maybe not be what happened.

Regarding number 3, everyone shiuld listen to the audiobooks by Vanessa Van Edwards. Shes a body language expert and her stuff has helped me tremendously, not just with dating

As a short man, I love the rare bird thing and am going to use that mentally next time I date someone taller.

Look up Vanessa Van Edwards’ two books and her many podcast interviews. We innately try to distinguish friend or foe when meeting someone. Keeping hands visible shows we’re not a threat. Van Edwards is a social researcher of unspoken communication which is over 90% of how human communicate. Her book ‘Captivate’ is a good lesson in body language. The audiobook is the best way to learn because she narrates it and gives examples of how voice inflection and tone make huge differences.

I had unmedicated adhd when we met and when I decided to start taking meds again, it affected the dynamic of our relationship (at the begin of the pandemic). She had unaddressed mental health issues and that affected things just as much as my adhd. Then Covid hit and was hard on our relationship, like so many other couples. I started wanting out about a 6-9 months after the shutdown. So while it was an unhealthy relationship in some ways, it was a very healthy and passionate loving one in others…

Also no one. Absolutely no one knows whether or not their relationship will last. Not people dating 5 days. 5 yrs. I’ve even heard of people divorcing in their 70s. We only know long a relationship will last until it ends or we die. People change, as did I, and find that the person they become isn’t the one that wants to be in their current relationship.

If you think growing as a person and learning is wasting your time, well. That’s your thing.

Agreed. I met someone on a dating app a week before she moved out of state. Ended up moving out of state a few months later, then getting married 3 yrs later. It ended in divorce. But it was a passionate relationship that was very important, especially in learning how to deal with women.

Yes. Friction creates interest for women. I’ve been too agreeable and nice in the past. But playing it cool and mysterious has worked when coupled with physical action. Keep them guessing. Tease them. Give them shit but don’t be mean.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
