Some rooms have been very finicky, and I learned that some rooms even have “secret banned words” that will auto-delete you if you use them in a post. Someone that is a little bit more introverted will take longer to get to those lower layers, and that’s not at all about changing or being different or not authentic. When you first meet someone, let’s say you go up to them at an event, or at the bar, do you tell them right away what shirt size you wear, or what shoe size you are? My authentic self is an introvert and a bit quiet, and that’s the question - it’s not always conducive to meeting others easily. Those that do get to know me, are always “pleasantly surprised” that I have a wilder side to me, but it’s all always genuine and authentic.
