The things he mentioned are not similarly culturally and ideologically ingrained as "proper" gendered behaviors. So, no, that's not toxic femininity. Like the op in the pic said, it exists but it's not parallel. Toxic femininity is the detrimental behaviors that come from prescribed cultural "femininity."
