1	Is marriage even necessary anymore? I have a friend who's parents had one when they divorced, his mother basically kept everything that was hers which was ALOT. He said something about having it written and to both sign at a public notary before marriage. Seems a bit too simple and may take a lawyer to enforce if a divorce comes to light, but it sounds legit to me. I will look into it when it's my time to marry.
