| 3 | To my lifters here, how do you mentally manage bulking?Own it, this is how it is. The more attention to detail with your diet the less fat you will gain. Being a bulky dude (~15% BF) will always work in your favor as opposed to being a skinny dude. Fat is easy to lose, muscle is hard to gain. Muscle will make it far easier to cut fat in the future, but you have to be very smart about not going catabolic & losing the gains you worked so hard for. | /r/askTRP | 14/05/19 08:00 PM |
| 4 | To my lifters here, how do you mentally manage bulking? Can’t build muscle without being a calorie surplus. Guarantee you put on water weight, which you are interpreting as fat. If you’re gaining more than 1lb per week then taper back on calories since anything extra is most likely fat. If you’re not gaining any weight or not seeing differences in the mirror (gaining muscle & losing fat) then up your calories. Seems like you still have some noob gains to make. | /r/askTRP | 14/05/19 07:29 PM |
| 1 | MK 2866 sides? You should direct this to the PED subreddit. However, my understand from religiously researching SARMs and from others anecdotal evidence, Ostarine is the least suppressive SARM. Many say you don’t need a pct on a normal dosage on a normal cycle length. Others will suggest a test booster. I think it’s safe to say you should always have a SERM such as nolvadex or clomid on hand, but most would say this is overkill for the less suppressive SARMS at normal doses. I plan to start an Osta only cycle … | /r/askTRP | 29/04/19 08:32 PM |
| 2 | Raising Smv question: protein shakes and acneFirst post has got it down for general hygiene. Diet wise, cut all dairy where you can. Don't ever drink milk with all the estrogen & hormones in it (look up studies yourself if you don't believe me), switch to soy/almond milk. Avoid eating super greasy/fatty foods. I use to have back acne and face pimples, I went mostly vegetarian with a few fish meals per week about 15 months ago & I've gained lean mass (210 lbs @15% BF, 6'), lost almost all my acne, and had more energy. | /r/askTRP | 24/05/17 08:05 AM |
