Get Tinder, and don't be afraid to biff it. Throw out insane things you'd never dream of trying on someone, and see what sticks. There are zero consequences. You'll learn a lot about what does/doesn't work.

There are always a massive spectrum of organizations on college campuses (cultural, ethnic, arts, etc). Go to their events, their meetings, talk to people there. You'll learn more about the world, enhance your social skills, have more interesting conversations, greater variety of friends.

I own a snake. . . dammit. She's cool and all, but mammals are where it's at if you're looking to leverage your pet for women.

Ah yes, I know exactly where you're coming from. Thing is, you can change it. Be a leader in your group and change that if you're too afraid that missing a text will irrevocably damage your social interactions with them. After all, that's what you should be striving to do. You should be the leader and epicenter of all things going on for your social circle. I found that not only did a shift to calls vs texting when someone really needed me (or even casually) not only built myself up even more so…

You'll do that for about the first week, I know I did, but honestly after that, you free yourself pretty quick. It's worth it, trust me. EDIT: that anticipation of wanting to know what she said would make me keep on running back to my phone. You're the exact kinda guy that could benefit most from this. You're the same guy I was. It's both an internal game and external game reward. You learn to care more about what you're currently doing with yourself, and get the added bonus of making her miss y…

Since taking on this plan, I've adopted an "If it's important enough, they can call me" mantra (people catch onto that pretty fast). Not only is it easier to remove notifications for texts across the board rather than having to remember to do it every time you have a #-close, but you'll find even your friends can keep you tied to your phone, locked into a text convo, rather than going out experiencing life. In my opinion, across the board is best.

Perhaps I should have elaborated. Most phones allow you to put different notifications (i.e., rings, chimes and/or vibes) for different types of communications (e.g., calls, texts, e-mails, voice mails, etc.). Leave the other things however you like. I live a fairly connected life in respect to work (if someone's calling, I need to know that), so I have it set to vibe and ring for calls. But texts? they come in silent. Texts have no ringtone, no chime, no vibe.

Turn off all notifications on my texts. Stressful at first, but now you don't have to try to wait to respond to a chick so as not to look needy. You literally will only respond when you're not busy being awesome (which you should be doing) and just happen to notice a new text. Did wonders in cutting my tether and anticipation to each and every text message.

Thank you for censoring yourself. I hear the internet police will fine you if you post anything obscene on here. . .

Woah there dude, stop fucking stressing it. Your mind went all blank cause you had a brain fart, happens all the damn time. Yeah, it sucks that she blew you off, but calling her out on it is just gonna make you seem like a puss who had been looking forward to it as your only social interaction all day (regardless of whether that's true or not). You were confident before and got IOIs acting just as you had, so just keep doing what you've been doing, and forget about when you choked up, because it…

I do this, or if I'm feeling a little prick-ish with a particular girl (generally when she thinks very highly of herself, and used to guys feeling beneath her) I'll just respond with "I know" plus a cocky little smile. Then change the subject. Fucking charm machine.

Go watch it. . . NOW! LifeProTip: Do not watch this movie with any person who is ultra PC or has any aversion to racial slurs.

Bahahaha! Actually quoting that line might just work with the kind of girl that gets that reference (read: the kind of girl you should probably marry right then and there).

So a little over a year ago I got my shit together and landed an HB9. She turned out to to be an absolute horny monster. Here's the thing. I was 24, never had a gf, had held hands with a girl once, had kissed maybe 3 people (and trust me, I was bad at it), and never anything more than that (read: virgin). When she started to initiate sexting, I was so clueless that I began texting two friends (guy and girl) to ask them what to say next (took me 3 months later to figure out how awkward that was).…

So here's the thing, and I realize this is gonna get hella buried, but hopefully you can help me out here. I've noticed a lot of questions about what skinny peeps should wear, and what chubby dudes can wear, but what if you're a man who perpetually has a ghetto booty? Now keep in mind, I don't mean a fat butt, I mean, I legit have an apple bottom. I'm 6'2" (25yr old) and even when I got down to 180lbs recently, or even 150lbs in HS, my butt pops. When I do find a pair that fits my ass, the waist…

I've got your back. Idiot proof and really good food has the same key charicteristic in common, it's kept simple. The biggest mistakes I've ever made in cooking is when I started adding all sorts of shit into a dish trying to make it fancy. My favorite go-to meal (angel hair pasta in a spicy sundried tomato olive oil sauce) includes 5 ingredients, period. And I've never grown tired of it, nor have my friends, who ask me to make it for them often. Give me a few days and I'll have some recipes up …

Thanks. If there's one thing I can do, it's cook. Proof. EDIT: Do you think there would be any interest/value to Seddit to put together a quick "what every man needs to know in the kitchen" guide (e.g., list of essential equipment/steadfast ingredients, and two or three idiot proof recipes that always receive attention)? Idk.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
